My daughter was a patient here since she was 3 years old, she is now 12. We were unable to keep an appointment that was booked six months prior and needed to push it up about 1/2 hr. It was as if I were asking to move a mountain. With an extremely condescending attitude I was told that if I didnt keep the original time my daughter would have to wait till October (another six months) to get a Saturday apointment. Not even an attempt to even try to be helpful. Very matter of fact, "too bad" attitude and this isnt the first encounter with the snippy reception staff. I told her I could not wait six more months and would need to find another dentist, she seemed quite pleased at this outcome. Perhaps she is trying to thin out the patient census at this practice.? If that is the case, congrats! Job well done!! I am looking forward to the new practice that was more than willing to accommodate me, and happens to be a lot closer to my home town, win/win for all involved.

My son came to Dr. Tran for a regular visit. It is safe to say I will be returning to his office for future visits. He took his time taking care of my son, outlining and explaining the procedure step by step throughout the appointment. A true and consummate professional; he took care of my sons needs. My son no longer fears visits to the dentist. This is due to the patience and caring service provided by Dr. Tran and the staff!

South Shore Pediatric Dentistry is terrific! I have ten year old twins who have been patients of South Shore since they were four. All our experiences with the dentists (Dr. Tran and Dr. Gruber), hygienists and all the staff have been great. They are patient, sensitive, accommodating and all you would ever want for your children when they visit the dentist. I highly recommend South Shore as a great dentist for kids!!

We have been patients of Drs. Miller, Gruber, and Tran for 7 years. All three of my children look forward to visiting the office. The hygienists are incredible, the office staff is thorough and sweet, and the doctors are fantastic with the kids. In 7 years, we have NEVER waited longer than 15 minutes to be seen. Most of the time, when we arrive, we are being seen within 5 minutes. I highly recommend this office.

Billing at this office is an absolute nightmare, expect them bills to come after every visit for unexplained charges, insurance problems (on their end) and charges for missed appointments that they dont make you aware of. Extremely unfriendly and unprofessional when asked to explain charges. Never dealt with a MDs office like this ever.

Best Pediatric Dentist and Orthodontist around. Wonderful doctors and staff. Clean, friendly, prompt. My kids never complain about going to the dentist. Cant say enough good things about them. Highly recommend them for all pediatric dental needs.

We drive several miles to South Shore Pediatric Dentistry because it is such a pleasurable experience for our children. No waiting, quick and prompt attention. The office is set up to make all children comfortable.

Dr. Tran was great with my daughter who had 2 teeth pulled. He was patient and she felt very comfortable. We will be back for cleanings and any work she needs to have done! Great office!
