Receptionist is rude. Not concerned with the animal welfare. Dr. Jeong is competent but the staff never smiles, never greets, and appears to hate her job. When question asked- she whispers with no knowledge of basic & care. I would love to take my dogs there but receptionist most uncooperative -next to impossible. Wanted the receptionist to send medical history- never sent while I was waiting at the other hospital in emergency room. Totally no concern. I had liked Dr Jeong Very much but he needs to find qualified happy Vet techs who really care about animals. Lastly, Since I wont be going here again I would like to add: This Place is Very OVER PRICED in comparison to other clinics, neuter and basic puppy vaccination was $600 for my maltese, not the $250 they said over the phone. Little things all added up - and punctured my wallet. I wanted to have a vet Clinic where I can rely on, go for annual check up for my two dogs but after todays experience NEVER. I realized that if my dog ever gets in to an emergency situation- They really dont care.

my dogs did very well during their annual check-ups, and the staff and the vet there were very helpful and friendly. one of my dogs had a couple of injuries, and dr.jeong was always there and gave him an immediate attention. i think the prices are reasonable (about average) for such high quality services by a highly accredited vet. i recommend this place if you really care about your pets health b/c other than giving shots to my dogs, the vet here also provided me with lots of education about how to keep my dogs healthy & happy even before i ask anything (sometimes i have no idea what to ask... but he explains everything). he makes sure he does not over-vaccinate my dogs and asks me lots of questions about my dogs lifestyle when i bring them in for shots.

Save your time and your money this place is horrible This is not my regular vet but I live closer here I took my dog here because he gets regular allergies yearly I had contacted my vet and asked him the name of the medication that he always gives me. After the doctor examined my dog he told me he doesnt have that medicine but will give me something good 3 weeks after my dog has the same skin allergies an when I asked him for an prescription he tells me to bring my dog in so he can charge me again for a prescription which is the same medication I wanted from the beginning will be contacting the attorney general and bbb regarding this clinic

I dont know why there are negative comments below.I love this place. Dr. Jeong is very nice and explain every single problem that my husky, Demon, had to me. Ive satisfied every single visit. The price is fare too. BTW Its almost half of price compare to the other vet clinics. Some of them charged me $85 just for the physical examination. Ive never experienced Dr. Jeong do the unnecessary procedure on my dog. The staffs are very nice, and have a lot of knowledge regarding animals. They always give me some good advices for me to bring home. Thank you Petopia !!! Ill definitely recommends you to other people.

Worst this is not my regular clinic so I came in here already knowing what my dogs issues was because my dog gets the same allergies every year so I took him here because its closer I had call my vet for the name of the medicine and told the doctor from the start he waited till the end to tell me he didnt have it such a scammer will be contacting the attorney general and bbb on this

I love this place! Dr.Jeong is a very good and nice veterinarian. My dog was sick but after Dr.Jeong looked at him he determined the problem and gave me the medicine to help my dog get better. It was inexpensive and he answered all my questions. Overall there was great service. Great veterinarian, nice assistants and very much clean place. I strongly recommend this animal clinic!

Dr. Jeong is so nice! He explains things thoroughly and he is so gentle with dogs unlike other animal hospitals. Also, he does not force you to purchase products or do treatment that you cannot afford. He is very understanding and patient. The cost is reasonable. He does not overcharge like other places. Definitely going back!

The doctor is very unprofessional when it comes to his mistake he never admits. He blames the customer for his wrong doing and simply wants money and is not sympathetic. I highly recommend not to go to this place if you want your pet (family member) to have proper care in their time of need.
