Went in for an STD panel after noticing some unpleasant symptoms down there. Staff was friendly and the doctor was nice enough (as he was telling me he thinks I have herpes), but when it came to the results, things got disastrous. Got a call from a nurse saying all my tests came back normal other than a bacterial infection and they needed to give me some meds (on top of the ones they already gave me). I asked if I should continue to take the meds they gave me for herpes, even though that test came back negative, along with the new anti-biotics. She had no idea and proceeded to put me on hold. When she came back she said yes, continue taking everything. I said thank you and the conversation ended. Or so I thought. About 10 minutes later, she calls me back to tell me that some of the tests she gave me the results for were wrong and that they were still processing. I said alright, but wanted to make sure that the results for HIV and herpes were still in fact negative since those arent curable only treatable. She said yes, absolutely and told me to wait a few more days for the remaining results. Today I get a phone call from another nurse and he informs me that the results that were supposed to be given to me today werent coming because there was a problem during the exam and the doctor took the wrong type of swab and I have to go back within 24 hours to get tested again. So I asked him to please confirm which STDs they need to retest for and he had no idea and said he would have to call me back. Completely skeptical of the competence of the staff at this point, I tell him that I want to just 100% confirm that my results for HIV and herpes are still negative. So he says hell check, hangs up and calls back in 10 minutes. When he calls back, he still isnt 100% sure which test needs to be retested, but he tells me that my blood work came back negative for HIV and herpes, but the cultures are still processing for herpes and wont be available for a few more days. But I still need to come back in to get retested for the remaining STD panel that they messed up. So within the course of 5 days, I was told I have herpes and given medication, told I didnt have anything other than an infection, told I may still have something but it still isnt herpes, told they have no idea if I have something else because of "human error" AND its possible I may have herpes...

Had a follow-up appointment, waited 30 minutes after self check in, there was 2 people ahead of me, then i asked the receptionist who had long braids , are u all short staff i am waiting for 30 minutes, and she was like there is no rooms available, before i went to this location i checked online for the time wait and it clearly said 7 minutes wait time, i told her that also and she completely ingnore me...she went back to her desk and she and the discharge person were clearly talking about me then another worker came from the back and staring and talking about me...soo unprofessional...., 5 minutes later they call me, so my wait time was 35 minutes not 7 minutes. When i saw the doctor he was fine, off course the discharge person was rude to since she knew who i was didnt even say hi. Hello , bye...my husband paid the co payment with his cc and had to go move our car, she was like where he is going he have to sign this, i was like what the last time i was here i signed and there was no problems, she was so rude and said its his cc so he need to sign, and then telling me i could sign his name..fraud..what type of people u all have working there....only if i could remember her name. Someone need to look into this, there is no reason for us to be threaten this way.

I had called and they said they take no fault and do X-rays and could give me a CD. I needed one of my back. I decided to come and checked in online when I got there they gave me wrong papers and then a bunch of papers for no fault forms that I had already gave claim number. They told me a 45 min wait. I waited about a hour before they called me to the back. They were confused by the X-ray request and then told me theyll call me in a few sat another hour before I was called to get an X-ray. Very bad serious. Could of went to doshi or an er and would be faster. Mind you I got there at 625 and they close at 8 so clearly I was here way after 8:30pm.

Ill start with the positive, Dr Shu Zhang is awesome. He is pleasant, doesnt rush to conclusions and explains everything in detail like whats going on, what options do we have etc. The wait time was not bad, it was in fact quick. We waited for 15 mins and that included the form fill time. The negatives are minor. In the waiting area the sofa cushions were dirty and had visible liquid spots, God knows what kinda liquid was it ... Very unhygienic !!! The front desk staff was just meh. No greeting, no smiles. They were not rude but not friendly either. The same applies to the nurse, a bit apathetic.

The office is very nice and clean. The front staff are nice but incompetent (they switched my first and last name and got my date of birth wrong despite recording both directly from my nys license). The waiting room was empty in a weekday afternoon and they seem staffed, but still extremely slow service. My regular doctor could not get me in on time. This was good as a back-up, definitely not recommended if your primary care doctor is available.

SO I CALLED AHEAD BECAUSE I WASNT SURE IF I NEEDED AN APPOINTMENT FIRST TIMER HERE! AND ONCE I GOT THERE IT WAS EMPTY NO WAITING TIME MAYBE LIKE 5 MINS. THE STAFF WAS GREAT AND CARING. DR. ANTONIO WAS AWESOME I TOLD HIM MY ISSUES AND HE PRESCRIBED ME WHAT I NEEDED. ALL I HAVE TO SAY THIS PLACE IS AMAZING !!! THEY ARE SO CLEAN AND HELPFUL I WILL BE BACK !! THANKS CITY MD YOUR AMAZING !!

I was very impressed with how quick and easy the service was, as opposed to waiting in a doctors office or an emergency room for hours before being seen. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Rajesh Kalra was empathetic and very helpful. I will recommend and will continue to go there for my medical needs.

I was very surprisingly satisfied with the whole experience, amazing staff and Dr Avi took his time in evaluating and explaining everything to me about my sick 11 year olds visit. The place is emaculate as well.

Very clean building. The staff is friendly and excellent care was provided. The best thing for me is that the Dr listened well to my concerns and did all she could to me me a satisfied and less worried patient. ☺
