STAY AWAY "Dr." Roya Hassad is an unnecessary testing, prescription pushing, scam artist. I have never written a review, but my experience must be told. The red flags were there; I had to ask to be weighed as well as ask for my ears to be checked. The "doctor" spent 10 mins looking for the Otoscope and then found it in a molded box and stuck it in my ear unsantized!!! I went to get a referral for a MRI on my knee; however I recieved a shocking bill for unnecessary tests, ie allergy tests(note on the form I stated "no allergies). "Dr." Hassad is taking advantage of the Insurance companies and since I had a deductible, the cost trickled down to me. "Dr." Hassad was informed about my displeasure and requested me to bring a copy of the bill and said "she would take care of it". A month later the lab has no record of her contacting anyone in regards to my bill. I later found out that she stated that I was financially unstable and have called her 10 times a day; however my pay stubs and phone logs easily dispute these false claims. Not only is she corrupt, but a blatant lier. If you dont take my warning, observe her in the waiting room as she moves patients like cattle and count how many times she says "come back to see me". Patients may say she is "thorough", but that is another way to say "yoking the system". It is all about the money with this person. An investigation with my Insurance company has been started...stay tuned.

Are these reviewers kidding with their five stars? Or are they family/staff members forced to write reviews? This is an absolute joke. If I wanted to describe my experience in detail, I would write a dark comedy sketch, not a google review. Suffice it to say that the so-called "doctor" shares her office with like 7 dentists, the receptionist did not know who she was when I walked in, and to refill my asthma prescriptions she had her disgruntled assistant call the pharmacy to ask what it is I normally take (because, as a doctor, she cant decide for herself). I suggest you go there for entertainment value, just dont expect any actual medical "service" to be provided to you.

Dr. Hassad is a wonderful healthcare professional that is very courteous to everyones individual needs and also gets to know the patient on a detailed level encouraging lifestyle changes and much, much more. She has inspired me to better my life in various different categories, and to walk outside with a smile on my face rather than the sadness I used to have . If you are looking for serious changes in the aspect of your lifestyle and health, I HIGHLY recommend just even talking to Dr. Hassad and you will instantly see why I am writing this review.

She is a great doctor, one Ive been going to for awhile now. I usually visit the Great Neck location, but the last time I went her office in Forest Hills was closer. The care I received was just as good as in the other location. Thank you and your staff, Dr. Hassad!
