Having had Shoulder Replacement in early April, I decided on using NY Physical Therapy Wellness in Franklin Square for my rehabilitation, it was the best decision I could have made. The Staff both in the front office and in the treatment room were all First Class, Professional, Friendly, Courteous and very Knowledgeable as they perform their treatment on Patients. I have observed their dedication, their Willingness to all work together and provide the best care for All. There is no idleness they move from Patient to Patient and all chip in to help each other and maintain Cleanliness and Goodwill to All. I wish them All Happy Holidays and May God Bless Them. I was hit by a car in April and due to that i had bad tissue in my leg so i had to go to physical therapy. This place is absolutely amazing. Its clean, very friendly therapists and are very dedicated to their work. They recently repainted and it gives a great feel when u walk in. You can easily make friends with everyone the first day and always make sure that you arent in pain and that what will make you better is working. I became best friends with Ray Alam and all the staff who are wonderful and friendly. If you ever need physical therapy dont think twice but to come here and feel good. Im so happy to have come here and made new friends.

In 2014, I began treatment here for degenerative disk disease and a herniated disk. Romeo worked on me then and last month I returned and was glad to see that he was still here. In general it is a great facility. The therapists are really attentive and compassionate, especially Romeo who is also quite funny too. He has a great bedside manner, explains things well, gives suggestions, and does a great job with my back. I have recommended friends and family to come here and ask for Romeo because I know they will get stellar treatment from him!!! THANK YOU

This is my second time coming to this location for my physical therapy. My esperience then and now are very positive. All the physical therapists are very friendly and professionals. They care about the patients and their well being. If I will need pt in the future I wont hesitate to come back to this location. Ive been coming here on and off for various reasons and Ive been nothing less than happy and satisfied with my experiences here..its so good I just keep coming back! The entire staff is better than I could have hoped for, and they go above and beyond to accommodate when needed. Dana has been an intricate player in getting me back to walking after multiple knee surgeries, and I will only trust the hands here to rehabilitate me in the future when I eventually injure myself again :)

This is my second time getting PT at ny physical therapy. They helped me with a torn ligament 2 years ago. Everyone in the office is always so friendly and positive.. and you can tell they genuinely care about your well being and getting better. They have given me hope, shown me patience and kindness at very weak moments in my life. And most of all actually helped me heal! I truly applaud their staff and look forward to my next session. True professionals!

My experience at the therapy center has been and continues to be pleasurable. Vinny, Jose and the entire staff are very helpful. I am currently a patient as well as my 12 year old daughter and 4 year old daughter and the entire staff works extremely hard at making us all feel comfortable. We are already seeing results and are very lucky to have found the NY Physical Therapy Center in Elmhurst, Queens.

I only been going for a short period but my progress to me has improved so great. Every one here in the office is so professional and make you feel at home. One day I came In and my shoulder was really killing me and rosemary work that pain right out I went in at 40 and left feeling a 100 all the ladys there are great I guess its true women rule lol.i cant for get the men they are great as well.
