On one hand the staff is very nice, on the other, the billing system is very unorganized. At other doctors offices, I get my bills for in house and lab tests within 2 weeks and they are straightfoward. Here, I get them 1 month later or more. I just got a bill for lab tests done from a February visit (its August) and a bill for in house urine tests from May. It turns out that the urine tests are performed every visit (I did not know this was a separate charge) in which case, it would be easier to ask for payment when I pay my copay, especially because I receive the bill months later and doesnt give me an option to pay online. The bill also only lists 5 digit codes and I have to call to find out what theyre for. Also, the culture tests which look for yeast, bacteria, and other infections take 10 days for results to come back. And then another few days for a review. Idk how this compares to other offices. My worst experience was when I went in 2 weeks after I came in for itching for a "follow up." I waited 2 hrs in the waiting area, a whole hour in the room in just the robe, and then a "well I see you came back positive for _______. Ill write you a prescription for ______. Youre good." I did NOT need to come in just to watch a doctor wrote a script. I should have been called for this, especially since I was 14 days after the first visit, and on top of that, they didnt even do a physical exam, which I assume was the whole point of the follow up?? Glad others have had better experiences. The 3 stars is for how nice the people are, but thats not enough if I cant be seen in a timely manner or billing is anything but straightfoward.

I made a huge mistake when I decided to go back there to renew my birth control pills prescription after i escaped from them five years ago when i got pregnant (Long story). Anyway this time I decided to cheat on my lovely dear gynecologist that delivered my baby, as I unexpectedly ran out of my pills and needed rx immediately. So i called them and was given appointment right away. When i got there i was put in a room right away and was told to undress. Ok so i did, and I waited and waited and waited... for an hour, then i got really upset and decided to step out and look for a doctor. To my surprise i ran into another mad half undressed patient in the hallway. We were like where is the doctor??? and then found one extremely young doctor browsing around which told us to go back to the rooms. And i did but waited for another hour! And only when i almost cried and told the nurse I needed to go pick up my daughter from daycare, i was able to see the doc, which refused to give me any refills on my prescription, just one month supply, which is ridiculous! U would normally get at least 3 refills on such type of med. so i left and never coming back! I dont usually leave bad reviews, but this place is really weird. As I understand they dont have permanent doctors there and only inexperienced interns. As i was scheduled to see one doctor and a very random doctor showed up whose name was written or mentioned nowhere in that office. Thats the reason i left this office being 3 months pregnant as i was constantly seen by new young inexperienced doctors and was receiving way too much attitude.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Its a NIGHTMARE!!!! The service here is disgusting. Last time I was there they literally forgot about me. My appt. was for 340, at 415 i get called in, and then no one came and saw me till 515!!!! Im sitting there in my gown naked for one hour. I hear people walking back and forth and talking, at one point a N.P came in and asked me some questions, said the doctor would be in shortly, 30 mins go by and still no doctor. Finally I got so fed up of waiting I got dressed and went to the front and had to make a scene and complain, then the doctor has the nerve to start yelling and getting crazy saying what is she suppose to do?! She has an emergency goin on with one her prego patients. I get emergencies happen. But i was literally the last patient there, everyone else got seen who came before me and after me, keep in mind that her schedule started at 2 that day ( my appt. 340) so yea they just forgot about and tried to make it look like it was no big deal. The girls in the reception area are soo unfriendly and stuck up. They deserve ZERO stars, this place should just shut down honestly. Everytime i have gone its been a nightmare. Will no longer be a patient if theirs after this incident.

I dont know why so many negative reviews, Ive been a patient to this clinic for 5 years now. The staff are very professional, they very attentive with any problems I might seem to have during pregnancy and regular visits I delivered 3 babies one which was preterm labor but with the great team this clinic has we made it FULL TERM THANX GOD & Science and the doctors. Dr. Marguerita Gonzales whos my favorite by the way & Dr. Cecilia Chui whos also very sweet, professional they both have answers to all my questions. I love this clinic and trust me Ive switched GYNs like underwears lol. But I found my lucky charm here. I trust this clinic very much very professional exceptional staff thank you. Yo amo este lugar son tan profesionales y discretos que no los cambiaría y la atención que te demuestran para todas tus inquietudes es excepcional.

I went to this gyn clinic, and at first i liked it but then when i found out that they check ur infections (ex., yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis), only a week later to tell u if u have an infection, when at my other clinic, they did a immediate results on my infections and to be sure. I dont wanna be walking around knowing i went to the clinic wit a infection only for them to tell me a week later if i have it or not, what kind of procedure and process is this clinic have? doesnt make sense at all, as a woman you should get immediate results especially since our bodies are more sensitive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC, DONT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME HERE. ITS JUST A BUSINESS THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!

i looked at these reviews and was in shock i think this is the views of a few i have been going here for the past year and i have nothing but good things to say the place is clean, it is convenient; they are opened late so that works great for working women. were can you get a Gyn Dr at 7 pm? some time the wait can be a lilltle but i think it is because of the fact that they are the only Gyn Dr i know that is open so late. the staff is really friendly, i am always welcomed with a smile. one time i got a bill from the lab and Emily went up and beyond to help me i would recommend this place any day they have everything there ultrasound, blood work i do not have to go somewhere else to get this done they do it all there
