I still go because my recovery will take a long time. When I first went I was virtually wheelchair bound. I could barely stand, and not upright. I could not walk or anything. After a few months of going twice a week, now I can stand straight and i can walk. I cannot walk long distances (yet) or stand for extended periods of time (yet). But they got me out of my wheelchair and got me mobile to an extent. As I said its a work in progress. And one really awesome benefit is, Ive always had scrawny boney "chicken legs" but after a few months of going, my legs literally are in the best shape of my life. I have gained muscle mass in my legs and thighs. This is the first time in my life that I actually have muscular legs! Thats not my reason for going but it is an awesome "side effect". This place is top notch. Staff is amazing. Friendly. Helpful. They have a sense of humor. Its an overall terrific atmosphere. I am sooooo happy that I was recommended to Top Care. I call it my second home. I would ONLY recommend Top Care. They are the absolute best. No doubt. Cant wait to go back for my next appointment!

Very nice staff ..they motivate you to do the exercises....they take time with you....about one hour and more...did knee replacement....and feel improvements ....
