I am so so un happy with his place i took my 6 months old puppie for the spaying surgery shes patient there since she was a month and a half everything seems to be fine they told me I should bring her at 9:30 bc her surgery was at 11 so I call them at 4 oclock to see how she was doing they said she was just waking up and everything went great she was supposed to stay for an overnight observation they said it will be for the same money Wich Is great ! So the next day I called to see what time can I come to pick her up and they said that since I ask for a bath for her (Wich I never ask) "and even when I pick her up they told me she can not take a bath for the next 10 days " I should come to pick her up in the afternoon so I told them I didnt want a bath for her so they lady who I was talking in the phone she said she will cancel it so I come in the morning to pick her up and when I saw my puppie my breath stooped!! She was barely walking and she was crying alot I make the payment "a huge amount " and i bring her to the car she couldnt stop crying I put her in her bed and it seems like she hasnt sleep the night before or she was still under the anesthesia bc she slept alot! During the night she was waking up every second crying and not even the antibiotics were helping her so I hold her and Check all over her body and on the sides of her ribs they shaved bc they had to shaved her belly and I guess a little bit more so when I saw her side she was bleeding alot while they were shaving her they cut off her skin and she was very itching and bleeding I didnt know what to do so I tried to cleaned with warm water and I was hoping the medice they gave her will help her but after 4 days she was getting worse she was bleeding every day she was pulling her body all over the floor she was crying really loud so I call them this morning they told me to bring her she saw a different doctor this time and he seem to be a good doctor so I ask him how come if I payed alot of money they will make a huge mistake cutting a dog skin in both sides while they were doing the shaving and he just said I dont know some dogs have sensitive skin???? Like hello i understand some of them can have sensitive skin but not to make the skin looking like they were peeling off a potato very unhappy her ssurgery is looking great now she finished the medication but now shes taking antibiotics "again bc of there mistake wit her sink ...so unprofessional

My dog went in for his annual vaccines and the total came out to over $300, normally its around $150 (shots, heartworm testing and visit). This is the first office that I have been to that doesnt give you the option for fecal testing for heartworm and just assumed that I wanted to waste extra money for the blood test. Why is a rabies vaccine $79?!!! Economic relief on the visit but dont let that fool you prices on medication and shots are extremely inflated. I purchased medication for $55 today, looked it up online and it was $36. Called the office and they said they could not match the price because I left the office 10 minutes ago with the medicine. I would highly recommend, PETCO or Pet Supplies Plus for vaccinations. You just pay the price for the vaccinations which are at least 50% cheaper that what you would pay in this office. You dont pay for the visit either. I understand that we feel our pets are our kids and thats why I did not take my boy for his routine vaccinations and rabies testing to Pets Supplies Plus as recommemded by my neighbor, but now Im wishing I did because I could have over $150 more in my pocket. But other than the overpriced medication and shots, Dr. Wexler did take a close look at my boys teeth which were good, and trimmed about 7 of his nails.

Horrible establishment. All they want is money from vaccines. They double vaccinated my dog and they keep calling saying my dog needs even more shots. Glenda Wexler is a horrible business owner and Abby is a horrible manager. This place should go out of business. They are unethical and just want money from the vaccines. I will never come here again. Also i went to dispute my charges with my credit card company and they gave my credit card company someone elses credit card information. Absolutely horrible establishment. Be careful with using your credit cards here!

Always love Broadway Veterinary Care. All the doctors and assistants are absolutely loving and caring. They treat my baby cats with tenderness. They are thorough and fairly priced. Their service cannot compare two other vets in the area. Im blessed to have found such a wonderful veterinarian office. I have 8 cats and since using Broadway Veterinary Care I have saved money while also getting Top Notch treatment for my babies. I recommend them to all my friends and neighbors and will continue to do so.

I LOVE Broadway veterinary care! Ive had dogs my entire life, and been going to different vets all the time, and have never been to an office that feels like a family care practitioner! If you want an atmosphere of caring and professionalism, where you feel like people really want to help your pet (not just take your money) this is the place. My animals have been in the absolute best hands, and I wouldnt trust anyone else with my furry children!

We just started going to Broadway Vet Care recently when we moved into the area. The staff was courteous and knew every patients (and their owners) name as they walked in the door. It was a fantastic experience and they made us feel right at home. The best part was that they were kind and caring with our pup - ensuring well come back for regular visits.

Ive used Dr. Wexler in the past for a dog I no longer have. She was always kind and SMART!! (Yes...the pooch too!) I just got a new puppy and saw Dr. Lopez. I was very happy to be back there! I completely trust and recommend this practice. The staff is pleasant ant very on top of things! Kudos!!

More than satisfied with the care our 2 dogs and cat receive here. Efficient office that you dont find at many veterinary hospitals--the wait time here is always reasonable and even minimal. Were moving further away but we arent changing veterinarians, well just drive to here.
