There is nothing to like about this place..Walked in sign in no one said hi or hello...about 5 ladies working at the front desk...sat down waited...still no acknowledgment I walked over to the desk and asked if there is any paper work I needed to complete since Im a new patient...the lady pointed to the clip board and said yes fill that out...still no eye contact. .completed paperwork took back to desk...not a smile from her nor eye contact....she ran my insurance and told me I had to pay a deductible of $.2000.00 aND i need to make a minimum of $75 before i see the doctor...I left the office called my insurance company and they told me I only had to pay a copay Of $25...By the way the AC was very cold which matched the attitude of the front desk people...I couldnt rate the doctor because I never met with him...Im sure he is wonderful...

This staff is reprehensible. The owner of this practice should be ashamed of the way they treat patience. Completely dis respectful. They should try hiring educated people instead of the children and trash they have working there. I suggest complaining to your insurance company and nys office of professionals. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY DERMATOLOGIST AND NOT VERY GOOD OBES AT THAT!!!!!

I remember when I was 14 ( im 24 now ) I used to go to dr berry because I had horrible Acne on my face.Dr Berry was a very very nice relaxed guy and I was somewhat always excited to go to him.He would stick needles in my face but now my skin is great! I currently go there mondays now for a problem I have on my skin elsewhere with the british doctor on mondays.He is also extremely nice

Ive been going to this practice since I was in hs. Im 21 now. And anyone that has acne knows it doesnt go away over night. But the staff has definitely done and is doing their best. The receptionists are very nice. And so are the physicians. They actually care about you. Dont understand why theres so many negative reviews. :)

They dont give no medication they tell you to take duct tape put on your warts to get rid of them this place is a quack not helpful very racist to any one that is color you dont even see the doctor makes no sense to go here you get nothing out of it

Long wait time, office staff is rude. I needed a receipt for my flex spending and the billing staff refuse to listen to me, hung the phone up on me several times and had an attitude.
