I called to make an appointment for an eye exam only to be told their Dr. does not take my insurance, so I went elsewhere for the exam. Only to find out later i was misinformed, and the Dr. did in fact take my insurance. I came back with my prescription and ordered a frame they did not have in stock, since I was very happy with their service last year. I was told it should be in in about 10 days. Waited a full 2 weeks to call, only to find out they had arrived several days earlier. After having the frames for less than a month, the screws wouldnt stay in. The tech "fixed" them saying "I hope its not stripped". I also had to have a prescription change in the same frames. The lenses were supposedly ordered more than 2 weeks ago. I called to check on the status only to be told it takes 5-7 business days, and they would have to call me back . That was 5 days ago! I just called again only to get the same answer that someone would have to call me back. I wont hold my breath! Will go elsewhere from now on. FOLLOW UP: YOUR staff told me your Dr. did not take my insurance, (which I have later found out is not true, your Dr. does accept my insurance.) so I had to go elsewhere. And as far as the turn around time, I feel that it was the proper amount of time, but why did no one call me to tell me they were in? When called to find out if they were in,I was told they had come in 5 days earlier UPDATE: I have upgraded my review to 3 stars, from 1 star, but with some hesitation. The staff went above and beyond to try to fix my situation, but only after much nagging on my part. The whole mess with my lenses could have been avoided if I wasnt given misinformation by a staff member. My frames with the stripped screw were replaced under warranty, 3 months and 3 sets of lenses later, I can finally see out of my glasses. So thank you.

Everyone here was incredibly friendly and helpful. I couldnt find my insurance card or figure out what was going on with my insurance and they were patient with me while we tried to look it up even though I was probably taking time away from other paying customers. When finally I figured out what was going on with my insurance I returned and again received the same level of excellent customer service and attention. I received honest feedback while I was picking out my frames (which is important to me-If it looks bad I want to know and I hate when people yes me to death) and my preferences were quickly noted. Every single person I encountered was pleasant and accommodating. Ive been here multiple times and never had anything other than a great experience so I dont know where these other reviews are coming from but i would definitely recommend this location to anyone who values customer engagement.

Like Pulling Teeth Two days after I paid full price for lenses and frames, the right earpiece fell off. When I brought it back to store, they only said "No big deal..." Guess what? It IS a big deal - I dont live close by, these are SUPPOSED to be new glasses & that shouldnt happen. After much back-and-forth, they finally agreed to get me new frames... but could they call me and let me know when? No - I guess thats thats too difficult. I went back in twice, finally called & spoke to another manager who promises to call me... Well see... But Im never going back again. My advice: avoid like a virus.
