Well since they dont want to call me back or have any repose to my concerns I sent them I will write a review! I made an appointment for my daughter who had been having a few skin, ear fungus problem and after reading review I thought this place was a good choice ! Well I was mistaken I took my daughter to see "Anne Ramsdell "and that was our first mistake I have never been treated so horrible by a doctor. My daughter has chosen a healthier natural way of life but WAS WILLING to take medicine to help her problems and when we told the doctor this she became very disrespectful to me and my daughter and then suggested this outrageous medicine where she had to take pregnancy test and blood test monthly and read this 30 page booklet on the drug and sign it (for acne )?!. Feeling very overwhelmed we told her we didnt want to take this BUT WAS WILLING YO TRY SOMETHING ELES .! But the doctor reply was maybe you should stick with the organic stuff and walked out the room ! I will never take my daughter there again and will mention to all of our friend and family to beware Of this doctor VERY POOR ATTITUDE. I understand that they may not want to hear of a natural way of life because its less money in there pockets for dishing out drugs to everyone . What ever happened to the Doctor oath of service. I cant tell you how hurtful you were to me and my daughter and the fact that she cried all the way home! You should be ashamed of yourself ! If there was a star that was less then one youd get it ! And your lucky Im a lady because I would of knocked your lights out for talking to us that way !!! Lynn W

Recently I was looking for a Dermatologist in the Niagara falls area, a friend recommended Niagara Dermatology. I called and had an appointment with in a week for a non urgent matter. They are fast and courteous the staff is absolutely wonderful. I also recently had a small procedure done and had some minor issues with swelling. Dr. Ramsdell and Kristy called me every few days to make sure the swelling resolved for 2 weeks, I have never had a physician ever do this. The Doctors and staff genuinely care about their patients and make every effort to ensure their patients needs are met, that they are happy with the results. I have recommended Niagara dermatology to several friends and family as well as the staff I work with. I am a health care professional and they are an elite team of providers.

TERRIBLE patient relations....They NEVER answer the phones or respond to messages. Have had serious problems with prescribed medications and needed to talk to the doctor who prescribed them, never got a hold of him after 3 days of trying. They are always behind with scheduled times, even when scheduled for the first appointment they are running late. Friendly nurses and doctors once you get around to seeing one, but they are always rushing around and I felt slightly neglected overall. Have made an appointment with a new dermatologist and plan on never returning to this facility in the future.

Horrible!! ZERO patient care.... Incompetent office staff and PAs. They recommended a course of treatment that required monthly prescriptions and office visits but THEY forgot to call in the prescription on time and my son when 5 days without medication-- left several messages and never received a call back. What would have cost me $25 copay ended up costing $687!!! When I made my complaint about the forgotten prescription Anne M. Ramsdell, MD, told me I should get better insurance. Dont waste your time or your money -- Go somewhere else.

Almost impossible to make an appointment. Requested an appointment online and it said a receptionist will contact me to confirm but nobody called, I called twice and hot 2 for appointments and both times it went to different voicemails. I left a message on both and still no return call. I see the other comments and it looks to me that the office staff needs to be retrained. Im in search for a different dermatologist.

I went here because I had a severe problem with acne. The doctor gave me accutane, which worked wonders. I havent had a single pimple since I finished the program. The doctors were amazing and it really did work wonders!
