Where do I begin....the office staff is unbelievably rude went in they told me to sign in there was only 1 other patient in the waiting area after about 15 minutes of my 1 year old screaming in agony until he fell asleep we were called up to sign in then finally called to the back by an extremely rude woman. The doctor came in fairly shortly and although she was not rude she clearly just wanted us in and out. I left the office confused being told he had a stomach virus which I didnt understand he had no diarrehea, fever and was in so much pain. Took the drs advice and gave my son just liquids at about 9-10 pm my son was again screaming and crying in pain until finally he was taken to the ER with a 102 fever...my son didnt have a stomach virus he had an ear infection and needed antibiotics my son went another 13 hours in pain because of the incompetence of this office. Dont bring your kids here they only seem to care if you are Polish or Russian!

NO STARS! DO NOT GO HERE!! The whole staff is very very rude, there are always new faces and still they are rude. They do not welcome you, they talk to there co workers as if your not standing right in front of them. The talk about other patients right in front of you. I have 3 children and anytime I go just for 1 of my kids im waiting an hour before they even bring us back to see the doctor. They have messed up on so many of my appt for all of my kids. Ive gone there a number of times only to find out they never booked my appt at all. The doctors really dont care about the kids at all, they come in the room and spend about 5 minutes with you if that. They are quick to say this is what the condition is when its not even what is wrong with your child. I will never go back there again. I honestly still cant believe they are still open!!

I made an appointment for my son a week in advance and when I get to the office he wasnt in the schedule!!!!!Then I scheduled another appointment and still had to wait over and hour and a half to be seen! The staff is unprofessional, rude and every time I go to the office i never see the same face! Looks like the staff doesnt last in the office either! I will be changing pediatrician asap! This is a warning to all parents dont take your kids here!

From the timed I walked into this office until the time I left I absolutely loved this place and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the PA who saw my son was remarkable. I will definately be taking my sons there again. There is also a family owned pharmacy right in the building so when I was threw I was able to have the prescription filled right away even that it was sat night at 8pm.

The so called receptionists are pathetic, very rude and lazy. All they do is eat cookies at the front desk. They talk about other patients and try to change peoples appointment because they are understaffed. I hate that they cannot the patient before the scheduled time to save us the damn time. They are just plain stupid, I will change pediatrician soon. Zero stars. I hope they read these comments and feel a bit of shame!!!!

worst place ever the staff is very rude and sloppy even on the phone they treat ppl like crap would never take my kids to this place the hours r very convenient but because of the staff which even the manager is rude i would never give them my business.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! since I walked through the door I get a mean look! They just dont care they start talking in their lenguaje and being rude, Everytime I go theres someone complaining AND NOW I know why. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

You probably spend more hours waiting for a doctor here then you spend in your own home. If you have nothing to do in the summer, come here and make an appointment. I promise you, that you will have an entire day sitting in this office.

The staff here are very lazy and rude. After waiting over an hour they just shrugged their shoulders and said too bad, were busy today. Whats the point of having an appointment if they wont honor it? Never coming back.
