I must tell you that I had the best experience at Aspen Dental!! from the time I walked into the building! and then there is Andrew he is a Great Person and helped me out so much Thanks Andrew you are the best!! and Jill she is the sweetest person!! always smiling and makes you feel so at ease and very friendly I JUST LOVE HER and seeing her smiling face when I walk in there!!!! Amy is just as sweet!! and then there is Judy, and Dr. Dryski. WOW Judy and Dr. Dryski are the GREATEST!! They took so much time with me to get everything perfect!! and when I seen their work (Judys) its like she knew what I wanted and she went with it and she did a GREATTTT JOBBBB!!! Thanks Judy!! Dr.Dryski she told me that if she wasnt happy then I wouldnt be happy!! well we both are VERY HAPPY WITH JUDYS WORK!! And I cant wait till this Thursday!! if you want a place where people care go to the Lockport Aspen Dental!! they are all amazing there and you will be very happy that you went there trust me!! THANKS ANDREW, JILL, AMY , JUDY, DR.DRSKI YOU ARE THE BEST!! P.S. Happy Birthday Andrew on May 22nd :0) you will be missed at this office!!

I dont even think I can say how much I Love Aspen Dental in Lockport NY. Every one there is so friendly and they really care about there clients. From the very first time I called as a new patient they got me right in within two days. They always try to get you in as fast as they can and have it work around your schedule. They work very hard to try and make sure you are happy with the work they do. The office manager spends time explaining everything in detail and trying to help find a way for you to afford the work you need done, if you dont have insurance. The people that I have met there and that have been involved in the work done in my mouth are very invested in it and want to follow through and see how it all turns out. I am so very thankful that I found them and started going to Aspen I will never go any place else. I just wish they took my Childrens insurance as I would be sure to take them to Aspen... If you are in need of a new dentist office go to Aspen Dental in Lockport you will not be sorry....

Ive heard nothing but horror stories about Aspen. I was told on numerous occasion to avoid and not to go here. Glad I dont listen as I believe everyone will have their own experience. Just like going to a restaurant or a mechanic it depends on the individuals providing the service. I had an exceptional experience at Aspen in Lockport. Very to the point, easy scheduling and a clean facility. The explanation of needed dental work was broken down into easy to understand pieces and their friendliness/helpfulness was displayed at the highest level. Two days after my review I was able to have a scheduled appointment for a cleaning. Once I walked in the door (Alex behind the front desk) knew me by name and had everything ready to go. I felt welcome, like I had been a regular for years. This will be my primary provider moving forward. Thank you to the team at Lockport @ 5770 S Transit. -Alexander Harris

I went to Aspen dental for a replacement participial plate. I was immediately greeted by Robert, who immediately made me feel at easy. He is professional,kind and explained every step of the process to me.He made me feel welcome and answered all of my questions. His smile is contagious! Robert is truly an asset to this practice!!!!!!! Dr Dryjski was friendly and also explained the process to me, and answered all of my questions. She is professional and very polite! I also want to say that the technician that fits and creates the dental plates, was also so very nice, and she did an AMAZING job crafting my plate! I cant thank you all enough for giving me back my smile!

Everything has always gone great at the Lockport branch. The staff are very professional and nice. Update: it seems many of my favorite staff had left. The new dental hygienist was polite and friendly, but rushed me and skipped some of the cleaning services I usually get. It was a poor cleaning experience. Even though I was rushed, the whole process took longer than ever because she kept making mistakes with the equipment. She claimed she was an expert though, and talked a lot; stopping her work every sentance to chit-chat. Aspen is great, but this one time was disappointing. I will definitely go back because it is a great place, but I was a little annoyed.

The staff at Aspen Dental in Lockport are truly the best in the business. They are very friendly from the moment you sign in with Alex, to the time you leave and checkout with Tina. Dr. Blanford explains all the procedures to make sure you understand whats going on throughout your entire visit. Overall there is nothing that could have been changed to make my visit any better. Very professional environment and each staff member makes you feel welcomed. Great people all around. I can now say I enjoy going to the dentist. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone! Thank you Dr. Blanford, Amanda, Tina, Bella, Alex, Robert & Kayla!

To be honest I was hesitant about returning back to this location. My first visit with this location was back in 2015. The dentist and hygienist (Bella) were awful and unprofessional. Because of them I had anxieties about seeing them. I even tried finding a new dentist but none was available. However, I am glad I went back because a new dentist and new hygienist was there. They made my visit there pleasant. They were patient, caring and made me feel at ease. I hope they remain at this location. For once I am actually not dreading my appointment with them next week.

Thank you very much to Dr. Dryjski , Amy , and wonderful Judy who works behind the seen My experience with Lockport Aspen Dental Group was very good from the start , all very honest , compassionate and funny times with them . i get my permanent teeth on Friday March 8 / th, I am so excited !!!!! they are Beautiful!!!! It was a process but very well worth it ; I am glad to have had the team I had going through this life changing event and very happy I had their help to make the right decisions , I cant thank them enough .

This is the first experience Ive had with Aspen Dental. I cant say enough good things about this office. I was in dire need of having a tooth pulled: severely swollen face, severe pain, etc. I called them, and they got me in the following morning. Everyone was very helpful and conscientious. They were more than professional. They were "kind". I would be able to recommend them to anyone. I cant express my gratitude for their help. And....they were "affordable".

I hate going to the dentist and i have so much anxiety just even walking into one. I have to say this monday i walked in there to get my four wisdom teeth pulled and i didnt have any anxiety. What ever question i had, they answered it, any concern, they addressed it. I would highly recommend anyone to go here! everyone was so nice from the front receptionist,manager,the surgeon and the surgeon assistant did a fantastic job, thank you for a fabulous experience!
