I recently went to ADC for a cleaning and saw Dr. Mark Kholdarov. From the minute I walked into the office, everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating. The office manager was very sweet and handed me a welcome gift bag. As I was waiting to go into my appointment, they continually offered me water, juice etc. When I went back for my appointment, they first gave me a tour of the entire office, which I had never had before. This was very nice and re-confirmed what I already thought – that the office was extremely clean and sterile. Dr Kholdarov was thorough and personable. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything in full detail. He was a genuine person and knew exactly what he was talking about. He did not try to upsell me or refer me to other specialists like some of my dentists have done in the past. It was accurate, simple, and he got the job done. I should also note that this was a Sunday morning, which I can’t quite describe how nice and accommodating that was. Not only will I be going back to ADC, I will also be referring my husband and we will stay here until we move. It was an overall great experience.

Beware of the reviews on this location. They suggest you write a raving review to enter a raffle. My Review: Went on my friends recommendation. First thing they did was hand me a gift bag. I thought, well thats nice. Then, they proceeded to give me a tour about how clean their place was. It gave me the feeling of being at a used car lot and they were trying way to hard. First cleaning was ok. They asked me to come right back for a "Deep Cleaning", charging me for my deductible for the whole year. Half year later my teeth are still hyper sensitive to heat and cold food. Never again.

They give you one price but dont be fooled, once youve paid your bill theyll send you bill after bill demanding payment for services you have already paid for. Your insurance will not be enough and then ruin your credit score. Im forced to pay a lousy $138 because they know you dont have the time to argue. Thats fine, Ill pay a bill that is unjust. With these underhanded business practices youll get the karma you deserve. Avoid this place or if you must, be sure to triple check everything they tell you.

I went for my first visit to Advanced Dental Concepts last week and my experience was excellent. I was given a tour of the office and explained exactly what procedures/materials are performed and kept in each room and provided a welcome bag with various dental hygiene materials. My dentist, her assistant and the front desk attendant were all very helpful and eager to answer any questions I had.

Rip offs. This place is absolutely horrible dont go in this place it cost me 1200$ . I had an appointment and a after the injection they told me they dont accept my insurance and its ok your insurance they told me will pay you the difference yeah sure a got 90 back
