Everything the two people mention below me is 100% accurate. However I worked with Matt who doesnt seem to care about his patients and works on about 4-6 people at one time (which seems to be normal for this facility). One week out from surgery I was left to my own devices and to take myself through all my exercises, this was only my 2nd day of physical therapy. 45 minutes after being alone some random person (not even a physical therapist) I had never met took me through my exercises (which after switching I later found out I was doing them incorrectly). Once I broke down in tears because I was in such terrible pain that did not feel like your normal fight through it pain, I told him I couldnt do anymore. I then sat for about another 20 minutes until "my" PT Matt came to massage my knee. So unless you like spending money to get treated by an athletic trainer instead of a physical therapist, and if you dont mind the over crowded cattle-like conditions in addition to the unknowledgeable staff then DO NOT go here. Also, they are extremely rude as my Dr. later called me saying my "PT" had called him complaining about how I had left. I then had to explain to my Dr. what really happened. So unprofessional and so rude, if there was an option I would put no star at all.

I started physical therapy with Charles Byrd, but quickly changed to an actual "professional" facility when I found that what Charles calls "supervison" to be non existent. He treats the staff horribly and takes no measure to hide that fact and I found that his answers to my questions less than forthcoming or knowledgeable. The facility is small, non private and is run like a mill. Get them in. Get them out and make sure co-payments and insurance is charged. Only when you want to leave do you find that they actually care.

Charles Byrd is a rude and egotistical man. He pretends to care, but he doesnt at all. He treats his staff like slaves and is a liar! I will not go into detail, but this man has no business working for a company with the name Professional in it, seeing as he is the exact opposite of that. I would go there for physical therapy, but I would never recommend someone to be seen or treated by Charles Byrd!
