I have been going there for a few years and it was okay. My medical insurance covers two exams and cleanings a year and I pay a $30 copay and they still participate in my insurance plan. I was scheduled to have a cleaning in May but was unable to because I was recovering from surgery. Today I called to schedule and they will not give me an appointment unless I purchase their insurance plan. I was most annoyed and explained that we had work done for years without purchasing their plan and only purchased their plan because we had crowns done and it was cost effective. They would not give me an appointment with having "dental insurance". I should not be forced into purchasing their insurance if I do not need it. I will never use them again!

GREAT EXPRESSIONS is the WORST DENTIST OFFICE i have ever been too. I have been there three times and had nit been touched once! I was giving a treatment plan twice. I scheduled an appointment for two filings today. Ehen i was waiting forever for the dentist, he said he was not giving me filings but going over the treatment plan once again! !! Really! ! I made an appointment for fillings. They are waiting for them to turn into root canals for more money. Ripped their crappy napkin off and left calling them incompetent and unprofessional! ! Do not use these dentists! !!!!!!

Great Expression Dental Center at Monticello and Broadway, was RUDE. Front desk needs to go back to school, girls dont know how to practice skills. Manager Kathy gave me nasty remark and threw the sliding window when asked a question. I requested records and x-rays for another Medical Dentist. Good luck!

you will wait for hours in the lobby. they waste hours of your time by making you wait the staff is rude and they dont care you were walking on a Wednesday afternoon appointment was for 2 pm. At 3 pm we still waiting in the lobby. dont waste your time or your money with this chain.

Horrible the office manager needs to go learn about claim submissions and correct handling of insurance practices. They have no clue whats going on in the office and they blame it being so short staff! Really........ they do not even deserve a star!

Worst office ever. They never answer their phone. They over book and then have you waiting hours !the childrens dentist is nice & very professional. Other than that I wouldnt recommend great Expressions in Monticello.
