Dr. Horowitz is highly competent and a caring physician who puts his patients welfare first. He is an excellent communicator; listening carefully and probing carefully to gather information and make the right diagnosis. My family has been coming to him for two decades and my children still comment on his being the best doctor in New York. His office is clean, well-run and his physicians assistant is a professional who is thorough and personable. His office manager Jessica keeps things running and makes sure patients are always treated with courtesy, respect and efficiency. I highly recommend him.

He ask questions, he listen, he kooks into your family history where a lot of our challenges began. He always have good referrals and he stay engaged in the process. You are treated like family and he is very professional and focus. He gives good recommendations based on the situation the if followed will yield success. I have been seeing Dr Horowitz for at least 5-6 years and I am pleased with my overall experience. When requesting to see the Dr I can always get an appoint within a few days of request. Never a long wait in the waiting room. Their office is always clean and Dr Horowitz and his staff are always professional. I love it that Dr Horowitz calls me directly with lab results and followups in general.

The worst. The receptionist seems to make an extra effort to be rude. I called to go in and renew a prescription and was basically told, tough luck, the doctor is out for a week with no doctor covering for him. Amazingly unprofessional and uncaring, which synchs perfectly with the overall attitude of the office. Put me down as an ex-patient.
