I could tell from my very first appointment with Dr. Richard Westreich that he genuinely cared about his patients in and out of the office. I went to him because I had a deviated septum and I suffered from chronic sinusitis as a teenager; Dr. Westreich is one of few surgeons who is board certified in both cosmetic plastic surgery and in surgical procedures related to ear, nose, and throat and was able to provide honest medical recommendations in both domains. The actual surgery took a little more time than expected because Dr. Westreich wanted to ensure the best results possible because my case was a little more difficult, but the pain post surgery was completely gone within two weeks and I saw drastic improvements of my results even as little as one month post surgery. I had no second doubts whatsoever choosing Dr. Westreich as my surgeon and I am most thankful for the significant improvement in the quality of my life since the procedure, both functionally and aesthetically. Dr. Westreich made a daunting treatment plan and process completely manageable and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. From the time I walked into his office until the time I left, I felt comfortable and at ease. I am considering further treatment options in the future and give him my highest recommendations as a facial plastic surgeon.

Dear Doctor Westreich, Sorry didnt write to you right a way, was extremely busy. But I didnt forgot about you,in fact, every morning when I wake up a look myself in the mirror Im thinking about you and how grateful Im to you. You gave me back my youth. Im travelling a lot, really a lot, sometimes I can be in 3-4 countries in a week in different continent, sometimes I feel like I live in the plane. Obviously my skin not really happy about it,so , as soon as I landed usually I was going to see some skin care specialist , in order to try make my skin fresh. Not in France, not in Russia, I couldnt find anyone even close to your level of understanding skin and female beauty, you made me look young and beautiful. Since I came to your office for first time 3 years ago, I would rather wait for 3-6 months when Ill go to New York next time to visit you then go, to even the most famous of facial doctors in any other country. Dr. Westreich is an incredible doctor and surgeon. He will give you his professional opinion and he will listen to what you have to say. Very patient and kind and extremely gentle. Any discomfort I felt after surgery he would answer my calls immediately and walk me through my pain. I can not stress enough how important this is to me in a doctor! If you can not manage pain very well he is the doctor for you. At my post-op appointment he would stop if I felt any pain and was super patient. Not only is he a good doctor in terms of making the patient feel at ease, he is an incredible surgeon! The work he has done on my rhinoplasty is everything I wanted. I did not want my nose to look like it had any work done, I just wanted to reduce the size in certain areas. He really listened to everything I wanted. He did not give me an obvious nose, he gave me one that suited my face and highlighted the rest of my features. Overall I would recommend him to anyone. Great experience and beautiful outcome.

I have wanted a nose job for about ten years now and finally had the opportunity to go through with it this past summer. I did my research and ended up going to 3 consultations by 3 different surgeons, Dr. Westreich being the third and final. He was highly recommended to me by both my general practioner and by a friend that used him. My experience at his office was by far the best and most comfortable. His pleasant demeanor and extensive knowledge in his field instantly puts you at ease, and is a refreshing contrast to other arrogant and condescending surgeons I have met with. His staff is really friendly, warm, and very helpful. Together they all work with you to ensure that you achieve the best result and are nothing but 100 percent satisfied with the outcome. Ultimately, my nose came out great and even exceeded my expectations. I have recommended him to both friends and family and highly recommend him if you want a natural looking yet beautiful nose.

Dr. Westreich is an absolute artist! 2 years ago I broke my nose, and Dr. Westreich did a stunning job re-aligning it (just 6 months before my wedding). 4 weeks ago I went to him for cosmetic nose work, and I am absolutely in love with the results!!! He is honest, kind and incredibly talented! He personally called me after surgery to check in, and emailed me when I returned to work to make sure I was ok (since I work with aggressive children). I also get lip filler with him and he is an absolute perfectionist, even my swelling is perfectly symmetrical! Ive also referred my brother to him for a cosmetic nose procedure and once again, absolutely incredible, natural-looking work. I cannot recommend him enough!

Dr. Westreich was referred to me by one of my best friends, who had a perfect revision surgery herself (by Westreich), so I thought I would give him a try. Dr. Richard Westreich is a terrific guy. His office is beautiful and his staff is kind, professional and friendly. Dr. Westreich corrected my deviated septum and enlarged my sinuses so that I could breath better. I am very happy with the results.
