I had an important blood test drawn aug 12. I am considered high risk pregnancy. I was told 2-3 days my results would be back. I called last wed..no.results. I called friday..over a week now. They got results thurs but my md was on vacation and hadnt signed the results plus they tell me they cant tell me results over the phone and I need an appt which is another week away. I called again today 1 week and 4 days after blooddraw and my md is back from vacation but again given same message. He hasnt signed them yet and they cant give them to me until then. This is the panorama test that tells me if my baby has any genetic abnormalities and tells me the sex of baby. Seriously? What kind of torture to a high risk pregnant woman are they doing at this ob/gyn office???

Had an appointment for an iud removal and a new one replaced. I received a phone call stating i had to be on my period for this and to call the day i get my period and i will be able to come in. Well i have my period and they are unable to get me in until next month. No one seems to be on the same page. I told him i do not have regular periods and i may take months for my period and them to have an opening. His attitude was along the lines of "it is what it is".

Save your time, newburgh has tons of great new clinics, changing the name doesnt bring greatness or professionalism. Ive had two very important appointments canceld wthout me doing so and each time all they could do about the problem was push me back further and further it was really embarrassing I didnt feel important . The pharmacy NEVER gets it right on the first try.....

I dont usually go to hospital. But the employees were so nice there. And the insurance program that they do to supports people is good. Though I had to wait for a while due to number of people waiting, I am satisfied with their service.

Love it here. Great service and nice staff. Love the dental, urgent care and obgyn. Staff is always on top of everything. Pharmacy is in there also. You cannot ask for much more.
