I took my puppy here because I was told by a friend its a great place and being a first time puppy owner its like the first time mom experience Id freak about everything the staff was amazing they not only cared about my puppies comfort they care about me my puppy was deformed, diagnosed for a UTI and treated for one for only 59dollars great service great prices Id highly recommend

I called today asking if I can bring my 4 month old puppy I just got yesterday, and they said they are not taking clients at this time. I said it wasnt a problem and asked if they have any suggestions for fleas = they said I can come in and get Advantage for like 17 dollars. I think even though they cant see my dog, they were extremely helpful and did the best they could :]

Had a problem with my dog, on a Monday, got a voice recording to call Vestal Animal Hospital. Well thats great and all but how do you suggest I get there? Dont people think other people also need help and/or services on all days of the week? Not happy.

The staff is wonderful...and all the Drs are very caring. We had one of our dogs there repeatedly for a chronic issue, and when we had to make that final decision to put him down, even the vet had tears...

Wouldnt take my dogs anywhere else. Very friendly staff and doctors, they were all willing to answer any questions in person over the phone when my puppy was sick.
