This is place is terrible. I went there only because I followed our longtime family vet, Dr. Patricia Brew. She is an excellent vet and better then anyone else we have ever used. She notices issues early while other vets miss them. Recently I got a new Pomsky Puppy who had a neurological disorder and when she couldnt walk it too Dr. Brew a few seconds to diagnose it and instead of wasting our money on x-rays and nonsense she said to take the dog to a specific neurological animal hospital instead. She was fired December 1. A few times we went we saw other vets there (even though we had always asked and specifically requested our vet but we were accepting regarding scheduling). One of the vets spoke for 30 minutes about how our puppy would be 60lbs etc. Then we were shocked and said are you sure, she said yes (mind you we were existing patients and the breed was clearly there on the paperwork). Then we said but are you sure again she is a Pomsky (Pomeranean Husky). The reply was oh. There are other examples of carelessness by the other vets we saw for routine checkups at the Vet Care Unlimited. We only tolerated it because when it mattered our vet was who we would have to see. Just be warned that if you really care about your pet the people who work here dont read the chart to look at the breed, they just make assumptions which is scary. That is how you get medication mistakes with dosage also.

We visited this clinic several times because it is nearby yet each time the experience has been disappointing; finally we are ready to leave. So, where do I start . . . 1) They request expensive treatments that are not necessary and become hostile when basic questions are asked (e.g. x-rays for heartworms that are **already being treated**). 2) Their receptionists are constantly trying to upsell on some products they clearly are getting a kickback for (holistic oils sold at a considerable markup, flea and tick treatments sold at a serious markup, etc.) 3) They wouldnt let me come soothe my puppy when he was getting his shots, instead insisting that he be taken to a back room without me. 4) They dont answer the phone regularly and the receptionist are extremely disorganized. 5) Weve dropped off stool samples for parasite testing, and paid for them, only to have them go missing. They are 0/10. Awful practice. Protect your pets by going elsewhere.

I have been going to Vetcare for the past 15 plus years. I cannot state enough the compassion the entire staff has for the animals in its care. Each year they have gotten better and better, and now 2017 every single staff member is a gem. They definitely have the best of the best. I trust them with the care of my 5 cats. As soon as you step into the office you are greeted with a friendly hello from Gail, their fantastic Customer Care Specialist. There also is Glenn, who always has a smile on his face, along with Lucy and Marie. These people have been with Vetcare for many, many years. And of course let me not forget the great vets Dr. Paoloni and Miglorino who with their skills and compassion have helped my pets through some tough times. And to round it off there is Ria who keeps everything together and running smoothly.

I have been bringing pet patients to Dr. Paloni for 29years. As she grew her practice unfortunately her compassion has not. I asked if I could be billed when I brought my sixteen year old bichon frise in to be euthanized. I had no head to review an invoice nor did I want to remove my dog from my arms. I was crying so I could not even focus my eyes. I have always paid my bills in a timely fashion. She REFUSED. I could have gone to any vet for that treatment, but I went their out of loyalty. Just another sadness on what was an extremely difficult day for me. I will always remember this. The staff however was kind and compassionate. She did not even poke her head in to acknowledge our visit.

I have been coming to Vet Care Unlimited for over 20 years. Dr. Paoloni is the best around. I know when I walk into that office I am confident that my baby will get the best care available. The office staff is amazing and I can be abrupt at times and they are still professional and extremely friendly. I also had the pleasure of my baby being a patient of Dr. Miglorino and Dr. Brew two doctors I am thrilled are now at Vet Care Unlimited. Their technicians are the best. Well to sum it up if you want the best doctor care and comfortable surroundings Vet Care Unlimited is the place to be. Thank you to Ria for always being on top of the everyone there.

I have been bringing my dogs to Vet Care for over 20 years, since I got my first dog. Dr. P and staff have been excellent to all my pets. After leaving the city 14 years ago and now living in Westchester I still come to Vet Care. I would highly recommend Vet Care to friends and family. I normally dont right reviews, but after reading a review from google user, I felt compelled to defend Dr.P and staff. When you write a negative review that could hurt someones practice, who doesnt deserve it, and you dont sign your name to it, then I wouldnt put any merit to it.

This place is absolutely AMAZING!!! And the best part?! THEY KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING!!! I went to a vet before going to Vet Unlimited and it was a complete waste of time!! I should have gone to Vet Unlimited from the beginning. They helped me so much with my baby! They were so patient with me and answered all of my questions and concerns!!! If you live in the area, do not go to any other Vet but Vet Unlimited!! I rarely give reviews but, this place was beyond my expectations that I couldnt resist writing about my experience and how many this place is!

My Natasha had what was described as broken capillaries in the cartilage of her ear flap. She is a rescue dog and fearful of anyone who comes near - especially the Vet. She exhausts herself barking and carrying on. The Vets here are so understanding and so professional - they understand her better than I. They are patient and despite her continual barking were able to explain the options and any future treatment. I love the way they handle her and especially their patience. Thanks to Veterinary Care Unlimited.

The staff was extraordinary and super friendly and caring. I brought my senior cat for his first vet visit and as a senior, he can be quite aggressive when it comes to being in the vet but the nurses and doctors knew how to handle him well making sure he wasnt overwhelmed. They also gave me a welcoming bag with treats and other information on insurance and other health issues with cats. I was so pleased with the service I felt obligated to leave a review everywhere I could.

Excellent experience!! Recently moved to the neighborhood and had to get my German Shepherd, Charlie established with a new vet. They did an excellent job of making him (and us) comfortable and informed. We received a new patient bag full of goodies and information about the clinic, offerings and pricing. It was wonderful to have a clinic be so upfront about pricing and options. Charlie cant wait to come back in a few weeks for some more belly rubs and scratching!
