ONLY REASON THEY GET ONE STAR IS BECAUSE YOU NEED TO GIVE A RATING IN ORDER FOR THIS TO POST. THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. KOURTNYS ATTITUDE IS EXTREMELY POOR, THE PEOPLE WORKING UP FRONT HAVE NO MANNERS AND PUT YOU ON HOLD OVER 5 TIMES FOR EVERY PHONE CALL I MADE. I WAS SPEAKING TO A MALE WHO ANWSERED THE PHONE WITH NO EXPERIENCE ON HOW TO DEAL WITH PATIENTS OR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS! DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE THIS OFFICE IS ONE OF THE FEW WHO TAKE MY INSURANCE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND UNFORTUNATELY ID RATHER TRAVEL AND GO SOMEWHERE PLEASANT AND WORTH MY TIME...... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING THIS PLACE! NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH THESE POOR PEOPLE WHO OBVIOUSLY DONT BELONG IN THIS FIELD.

Worst dentist everrrrrr dont even think about going there. The doctor told me i needed fillings but till this day the fillings keep falling out !!! And every time i tell her i have a problem she just tells me to take the tooth out !!! She doesnt have time for anyone she just wants to be done never going back again

Great dentist they do everything great you dont have to wait hours less than 5 minutes if you have a appointment glad I switched dentists some dentists do lie to steal your money not this one my previous dentist had lied to me just to take money

Doctor Santa LoCascio, didnt even see me for 5 min, Just told me general stuff for like 2 min and then just left. Very inconclusive! Wouldnt recommend her to anyone and also I am not coming back over there again.

Expected to wait at least 2 hours to be seen. One of the receptionists is Rude. They dont remember you have an appointment, and over book appointments. Only reason to wait is the dentist is thorough and professional.

I dont hate this place, Its just that every time i come here i have to wait around 2 hours before the doctor calls me in. My appointments are usually scheduled at 10am, and i get out of the clinic around 1230.
