I am amazed by how unprofessional and unconcerned with the well being of their patients this establishment is. Refusing to allow a patient to communicate with or schedule appointments with their assigned psychiatrist to discuss changes in medication dosage. Triggering a patients documented condition over the phone with rudeness, misinformation, threats of denying treatment, and accusations of medication abuse. Lack of any return contact from supervisory members of the staff to receive an explanation of why their subordinate team members would treat a patient like this, trying to change therapists after being talked to like that, or to try re-establish a treatment regiment in general. Go somewhere else. If you have the means, any extra cost or travel time is well worth it, to try to find a place that will actually help you ameliorate your condition in a safe and compassionate environment.
