Every time I need to make a same-day-appointment for myself, or my husband or one of my sons, the staff is always accommodating. When we see PA McKenzie or Dr Eric Wilcox, they always do a complete evaluation of us. If they are unsure of the diagnosis, they refer us to a specialist. Ive never worried after seeing the doctor or PA afterwards. They are nice, & very professional. I appreciate their help to understand why my family or I are sick. The girls at the desk are great. They are social (if they are not too busy), & they are helpful to take care of our insurance issue on the spot. Walking into the office and being greeted instantly by the ladies with a smile is always a good- mood-setter. The couple of nurses [weve had while we have visited] are friendly & professional too. Dr Wilcox & his entire staff at RIT are a huge reason why we left our local Brockport NY area doctors to drive 40 mins in one direction for care. Being treated like we are important is a big deal, & Dr Wilcox & his staff do that 100%. Im happy that we made this decision.

This place is awful. I was told that we would see a Physicians Assistant and the doctor would be on hand. The PA refereed my husband (a male) for a gynecological ultrasound. Fearing that the PA was grossly incompetent, we asked to speak to the doctor. First we were told to wait as he was with a patient. After 20 minutes, my husband was taken away by a nurse who told him that the doctor was unavailable to see him. The staff was cold and discourteous and the place had the overall atmosphere of a teaching clinic run by students with no instructors to be found.

Dr. wilcox is the best. He takes his time with his patients, makes himself available last minute when needed, and is extremely kind and understanding. I bring both of my children to him and trust him completely to make the right calls regarding their health. His staff have always been beyond caring as well. They make me feel welcome and glad to be a patient at this practice.

The staff is always professional and courteous. The facility is new and immaculately clean. Dr. Wilcox takes the time to listen before jumping to a diagnosis. Making an appointment is very easy and often can be accommodated that same day. I would 100% recommend this practice to friends and family!

This is a great office. whether you call or are in the office, staff is courteous and helpful. Dr. Wilcox is personable, kind and very knowledgeable. You can call and usually get a sane day appointment with Dr. Wilcox or his PA. I definitely recommendthus practice!
