I have been a patient for a couple of years now and I loved my doctor, however not all of the staff is as likable. I have had previous annoyances, but nothing as irritating as the current run around. I called to schedule my annual appointment maybe two or three weeks ago. I was told by one of the secretaries two things. One: That I needed to call my insurance and see if their office are still a provider and that my insurance could be used. Two: Call back in a few days when I could actually schedule for October because the calendar wasnt allowing them to post yet. Well I work two jobs, so it took me a couple of weeks. Today I called and my insurance stated yes my doctor is still listed as a provider. Naturally I call their office to schedule my annual. The secretary tells me shes going to check with billing because they dropped some insurances. When she comes back to the phone she hastily tells me that they no longer will take my plan. I dont care whos fault it is, but maybe someone should you know contact the insurance company that they made me call and tell them. Or how about letting me know prior that youre dropping my insurance and that I need new options. Also itd be nice if one of the staff could actually pretend that they care. Super happy Im not pregnant or that I have any known issues or id be in a worse situation.

I have been a patient of Dr. Carole Peterson since 1982. Her warm demeanor is professional, yet friendly enough that I have always felt a very personal connection -- very woman to woman, and a great change after having had a male GYN for the birth of my first child. Dr. Peterson has always treated me as a person, not just a "file folder" to rush in and out like most of my other physicians. She was my doctor for the birth of two of my children; she put me at ease and made both deliveries unstressful and joyous, as they should be. Her office staff is always helpful and considerate. I highly recommend this group and Dr. Peterson; I truly feel lucky to have her as my physician.

In my situation my son was not covered though my health insurance and therefore we were waiting on my his fathers insurance company to add and backdate coverage to the time of his birth. I had explained this to their billing department several times but continued to be harassed though phone calls and letters. The insurance came though about 2 months later- and although I had provided them with his insurance information they sent me a letter DISCHARGING me as a patient due to the time it took to receive their money. I had been a patient of theirs since I was a teenage and never had a single issue with payments until then.

My experience with my doctor at this practice has been great. Ive been with Dr. Lim for about 15 years and she delivered both of my boys. Through both of my pregnancies I saw the other doctors in the practice and thought they were all fantastic. I just updated my review for this practice to 4 stars. Scheduling an appointment is not perfect, but it is much improved in the past year. And having just visited, the reception staff were extremely helpful and kind. Great improvements in some of the customer service aspects of this practice over the past couple years to match the high-quality patient care they provide.

The Worst ,stuff and doctors. I lived in third world countries, I have seen better there! I dont recommend them! The wanted to request a procedure for a lady in her right kidney while I had the pain was in the left. When she confront them, they did not even apologies. They lost my tests, and they even bother themselves to even search! I hate them. They are hall provider not a health provider. They are not professional and raciest. They said to a Muslim lady in her face that she is disgusting because she had a blood in her urine sample. If you wanna go there, make sure you have a good lawyer.

I have been a patient for a very long time and had two csection while being a patient here I was recently scheduled for a surgery and I was treated terribly then when I called to explain what happened at preop they ganged up on me like high school teenagers. Cancelled my surgery and told me to find another ob to fax my files to I have never in all my life been treated So poorly. Thats all. Theres more but I dont feel the need to slam them. Good luck of You choose this practice. They treat their patients terrible. Like others have said make sure you document everything and have a lawyer.

This office ordered cultures and tests that I did not approve and they will not cover the costs for them. I have never dealt with such poor customer service. I would not recommend this office in any way shape or form. The inattentive doctor should be put on probation. What a poor example of human nature, passing along errors to the end user because they are incapable of accepting responsibility. Very displeased.

This place needs to evaluate some of its doctors. Long story short, my wife was 39 weeks pregnant and scared into a c section because 1 doctor was incompetent and told her to go to the hospital and all subsequent staff continued to scare us into staying at the hospital to be induced. Do yourself a favor and find a different practice.
