I am extremely pleased with Advanced Dermatology thus far. Dr. Chen is the best dermatologist I have been to and I do not plan on going anywhere else. I have been to countless doctors and tried every drugstore and high-end product over the years to try and rid my acne. I was tired of hearing that the only cure for me was to go on Acutane in addition to being told the scars I have are permanent and helpless. I felt like giving up until I met Dr. Chen upon my primary cares recommendation. At my first appointment, Dr. Chen made me feel extremely comfortable and did not judge me or make me feel like I was the cause of my acne. She did not look at my face like many other doctors and make a horrible expression as if they had never seen anything like my acne. She has been extremely optimistic and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate me, as any doctor should. Never has she pushed or even mentioned Acutane to me. She kindly gives me samples of cleansers, spot treatments, moisturizers, and performs injection procedures upon every visit. Dr. Chen proves that she cares about her patients and has a clear plan for my skin based on my personal concerns. She for sure knows what she is doing. We discuss what the next steps are now that my skin is becoming clearer than ever, including how we will diminish my scars. My skin looks the best it has since the third grade, which is something I thought I would never be able to say. Thank you to Dr. Chen.

I went there so many times to clear my skin and i spent so much money! and my skin is still as bad as it was the first day i went there.. i have bought all the products they told me to try even an oral which i got all the side effects for including loss of vision, stomach problems, headaches and fainting. Im tired of spending so much money and not seeing results. Im going somewhere else now. there staff gives me an attitude when all i want is to stop paying money and keep my skin clear. Didnt think that was to much to ask for since they say all their doctors are all amazing and "famous".

You wait forever to be seen -dont even try to call because you will be put on hold forever if your lucky enough to finally have someone pick up even when you are calling during normal business hours and when we finally did see doctor she couldnt offer any more insight then my kids pediatrician (Who told me to go here) and just put creams that werent covered by insurance through to pharmacy and told me to have pharmacy fight insurance ( which they didnt) complete waste of time and money.

So far not a good experience and I would not recommend this facility. Laser hair removal treatment resulted in excessive scaring of my skin. Some of the office staff (not all) are also incredibly rude without any provocation. When calling to make a follow up appointment, I was hung up on which is just simply unacceptable. I am trying to give this office a chance to make things right but they dont seem to care. If you have the option, choose a different dermatologist.

I came to advanced dermtology after having several bad experiences with other doctors. I was lucky enough to find Dr. Jie Chen who is the best dermatologist Ive been to. She is kind and compassionate and has helped my skin to improve greatly. I came in feeling hopeless with no confidence but she has helped me to clear my skin and feel better about myself. I will continue seeing her for all of my dermatological needs and I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Morales was the only dermatologist to successfully treat my skin condition. Before him, I went to countless others who did not seem to care. Dr. Morales has an excellent bedside manner and seems to be up-to-date on the latest medical treatments.

Very rude receptionists. My daughter had an appointment on July 26th. They told me my daughters insurance was invalid. When I called the insurance company they confirmed she has been covered since April and the insurance is currently active.

I did not even get as far as making an appointment. When attempting to do so I was kept on hold for over fifteen minutes - TWICE. How dare you provide a service this poor?
