I agree that Dr. Jackman is a great dentist and great with kids, but whomever the assistants and/or receptionists are, are not people persons. I tried making appointments today and was on hold for over 30 mins with no one even apologizing for the hold time, not to mention the way that they talk to you or lack thereof! I was able to find another dentist and make an appointment there and was STILL in hold at this place. Ridiculous!

Whoever The Receptionist Is At This Place Have A a Nasty Attitude And Dont Know How To Talk To People ... They have You On Hold For Hours To Make An Appointment & Never Return To The Phone . I Been Trying To Make An Appointment With Them Within The Last Week Because I Been In Severe Pain And Nobody Answeres The Phone ! Smh I Would Never Recommend This Dentist To Nobody !

She is a great dentist and the ladies that work with her ae outstanding. So if u were on hold they were busy u probably. Hung up . and no there are. No nasty attitudes from dr jackman or the ladies that work with her. I give them 5 stars
