All of my family which includes my wife and 3 kids as well as my father are all patients of Dr. Alex Hecht and have been for about 20 years. I am very happy with the extent of his knowledge and the quality of his work. One of my sons was abroad in an exchange program and broke his front teeth playing sports. I called Dr. Hecht. He instructed me on exactly what steps to do to save them! He was able to bond them back on. That was 15 years ago and he still looks great. Any other Doctor would take advantage of the situation. They would suggest expensive cosmetic procedures. He went the extra mile, and made us patients for life. -Lev I would like to add something. A few years ago I was faced with a very serious problem, which has its roots in Russia, from which my family and I left 27 years ago. As a child I had decayed tooth and to 20 years instead of the tooth root was left alone. The dentist has decided to remove it, but it turned out that the root of the tooth grown into the wall of the maxillary sinus, and after removing it got infected. Treatment is not helped and I had the surgery with bone slotted to clear the sinus infection. Since then, I have formed a hole in the bone that is overgrown gums. Over time, the roots of adjacent teeth were in danger, and faced with the need to reconstruct the bone to put in implant and crown. Throughout this difficult task was accomplished dr Hecht, put in order the remaining teeth, for which I am infinitely grateful to him. By the way, all it cost was very reasonable, much less than I expected. very reasonable, much less than I expected!

Dr. Brandon Katz has singlehandedly restored my faith in the dental profession, and Dr. Jason Hecht admirably kept the bar high. Lorene, the hygenist, was also very capable. Dr. Katz with his very capable and caring assistant Samantha, extracted teeth #12 and #13 with little pain, during and after, and explained each step along the way. Dr. Katz is an accomplished oral surgeon, periodontist, prosthodontist, and implant specialist, in addition to being a professor and published author. With such a resume, I might have expected someone competent but arrogant. He was indeed ultra-competent, but had the exact opposite personality with a warm and caring attitude and marvelous sense of humor. Dr. Jason Hecht kept the bar high at my subsequent visit, treating me with dignity and respect, and treated me as an intelligent person who could participate in my treatment plan. He was patient and answered all my questions, and even took time to discuss a proper toothbrush. Lorene, the hygenist, was able to point out that tooth #29 was decayed, which no one else had indicated, and I had seen several dental professionals recently. I look forward to discussing with Drs. Brandon and Jason the ferrule effect/restorability of that tooth after we do the implants on #12 and #13. Thank you, Dr. Brandon Katz, Dr. Jason Hecht, Lorene, and Samantha....as a senior citizen now, Im looking forward to a lifetime of smiling and chewing after you perform your miracles!!!

The Best Experience I ever had at a dentist office . Because of Dr Hecht I can smile again he fixed what another Dentist damaged I had gone to a Dentist because my front cap fell out well i cant even begin to tell you the nightmare i experienced. The next day I called Dr Hecht and suprisingly he answered the phone that impressed me I was crying hysterically he spoke to me so kindly and said to go in the office right away i felt relieved when i got there the staff took me in one of the rooms and Judy held my hand litteratly to calm me down she spoke to me and said it would be alright and boy was she right. I cant say enough for every staff member in the office they all came in to me and reassured me that everything would be ok. The work that Dr Hecht and Jason Hecht did to restore my smile was a work of ART he matched the caps to my real teeth exactly I was so happy when he was done and his work was fast and most important Painless I refer him to anyone that is looking for a Dentist and I will continue to go to him for all my dental needs Thanks again To everyone

Love going to the dentist , The experience from the short wait time to the delicate dentists are very comforting . I always leave the office very happy & would highly recommend anyone to come to this office that is looking for a great dentist . These dentists care very much about there patients and take the extra time out when needed , I never have to wait - my appointments are always on time . I have other friends who have had cosmetic work done & they now look like a movie star ! If I am ever in need of any cosmetic work I would absolutely use the Hecht team to take care of me . Dr. Hecht is extremely thorough & professional . He has a relaxing chairside manner & very gentle hands . The office has state of the art equipment, is very clean, & has employed the most caring helpful staff I have ever met . Dr. Hecht & his staff genuinely care about you. They have integrity and skill as a team as well as in the resulting treatment. All treatment was thoroughly planned out & explained to me TWICE. The free consultation was a plus. At the treatment visit, they never made me feel uncomfortable about the unfortunate neglect of my teeth for some time. What I really want to get across is.. I COULD NOT have asked for a better experience and I have finally found peace in this part of my life , best decision Ive ever made.

I took my mom to this office she had a great experience all of the people who work there are very friendly and caring. I called over the weekend and even though the office was closed , unlike other places who forward to an answering service or do not answer at all , I spoke to Samantha, who works at the office . She answered all of my question, was beyond helpful and extremely sweet. I could not make it to my moms appointment but samantha assured me she was in good hands and told me that she would stay in the room with my mom. The office right away made me feel confident in the decison I had made in making the appointment, from the first call you can tell they are not just your average dental office.

From the minute you enter the office for your first visit, it is apparent that your experience there will be a great one. You are treated with the utmost respect. As a patient you are presented with options based on your desired outcome and other factors. Dr. Hecht is unlike any dentist I’ve ever been to. He, as well as the entire staff, actually take the time to listen to you. The Office Manager Judy, hygienist Loreen and everyone on the staff makes every phase of the work go as smoothly as possible. Any fears you may have (and I had a lot!) are addressed. I’m looking forward to completing my treatment because I know the final result will be wonderful!
