Horrible doctors first end foremost when you want to call change ore make a appointment at least over 15 to 20 min just till someone picks the phone and put you on hold for a another 10 minutes on hold again treatment forget about I got stuck there cos my doctor merged with them before he retired I had put the spinal cord stimulated machine I when to hell till they got it out now again they try to put it in before the lid moved completely end this time I told them thanx but no thanx first they would not let me see dr chapman unles I agree to put it in the stimulant end I know dr chapman is a good as a dr also as a person this machula dr ore Lautrice never I bin through some dr pas 10 years but as bad as this two forget about end specially when they dont believe on pain how they want to manage if as a doctors dont believe on people having pain

Horrible experience, staff is rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional. Youre told you have an appointment with a certain dr. And you never see them! they send in a PA everytime who cannot fully answer your questions, but the doctor is there, just doesnt want to bother coming in the room...doctor is very uncaring and unconcerned about the patients. They never called me back to set up an appointment for the shots and the time limit ran out. Had to start the process all over, and had to ask for a supervisor to do it...after 6 months I received the shots, still never saw the doctor and they didnt work, still in pain...and they could care less...dont waste your time coming here, there are other professional places out there who actually care about the patient

I love Dr Kenneth Chapman and his staff I have been going to him for a little over five years and would never let another doctor touch me .he has given me my life back again before going to him I had seen three other doctors with little or no results but with Dr Chapman I have gotten so much relief I feel Hunan because there is nothing worse than having pain that you cant control now I can walk again and he had worked so hard on my neck so I dont have pain his staff is wonderful and I must send props to Dr Gopal thank you for being such a gentelman you are a very funny person and make me very relaxed in the OR. Im a very nervous person and I feel very comfortable with you . I would like to thank Drs Chapman and Gopal for taking all my ouches away .

I see Dr. Marshall, He is a rare gem,, actually he is my second doctor there because the first one left to the Long Island office. Since the switch I am now narcotic pain pill free and due to some procedures he has done my neck pain is down a whole lot. I still have allot of work to do as my entire spine is bad but the neck was the worst and thanks to him my neck is doing much much better. To clarify on me calling him a rare gem,, he actually cares about your well being and you can just tell from one meeting with him.. I honestly couldnt recommend a better spine and pain Dr. in NYC

Prior to making my apt, I spoke with receptionist to make certain that my Insurance was accepted. When I get there to check in and ask if my co-pay was due before I see Doctor, the receptionist said no I will be billed for visit. ???Why I asked. She said the Doctor is out of network and I havent met my out of network deductible so I would be responsible for the visit. If they knew what they were doing, I would of never made an appointment. I have insurance for a reason! Overall, not impressed by the front desk, kids who could care less. Never met the doctor, so I cant comment.

I had two different PAs give me two diagnosis. The drs dont call back when theyre supposed to. The PAs wont listen or let you speak to a dr or give pain medicine that really works. I was given a pain patch for a herniated disk. The PAs are jokes. The procedures that are done by real drs are great (spinal block messed me up more though but due to not fault of dr.) if u want to c a dr dnt go here bc ull only see crappy PAs. Dr chapman is a great dr but u will only see and speak to him very briefly right before/after a procedure.

I have been seeing dr Alexis..I have been going there for like 6 months...he is sooo nice and caring.when I go for my injections I do get to speak to him.I have 3 herniated discs.and he had helped me alot..you do see the PA When you go between injections which is a little frustrating but she does seem to listen and help..BTW the surgical staff is wonderful..I would definitely recommend dr.Alexis to anyone

Dr. Kenneth Chapman is an extremely devoted and caring doctor to his patients. Ive known him for 9 years, and in this time he has given me much relief. Recently, I fell and wound up with multiple compressed fractures of my lower spine. He came to the hospital, and Dr Chapman went into great detail what procedure would benefit me the most. Let it be known, he is an amazing doctor. I highly recommend him.

Dr chapman brought my mother through the ringer, making her believe she would get a MUCH needed surgery done. Then I guess had an epiphany one night & had one of his receptionists call my mother to let her know he no longer wants to do the surgery. Not only did he break my mothers heart, he didnt have the decency to call my mother LIKE A MAN himself, to let her know.

I am in a lot of pain because of my broken femur.My orthopedist referred me to go to see Dr Chapman. I went there several times. They wont let me see Dr Chapman. They keep referring me to a pain who is worthless. They tell me he is too busy since he moved offices. How come others get to see him lathe staff at the desk tell he its the protocol

Keep you on hold for an hour & a half trying to set up.an appointment & after all the agrevation dont accept your insurance? Seriously? You couldnt say that in the beginning? Guess no ones time is as valuable as yours. Keep putting people on hold for hours... by all means, your secretaries are doing an awesome job... lol

Ive been going to Doctor Chapman for 4 years. I dont know who is leaving these negative reviews, but I can tell you wont find a more caring and knowledgeable doctor. The office is extremely busy, so yes there are some hiccups, but Id rather get good treatment and deal with small matters later.

Impossible to get through on the phone or email as they suggest. Staff is lazy. Waiting for pre-certification since 6/9/17 & was told waiting on ins co. Well, called ins co & was told waiting for clinical report since 6/9/17! Meanwhile, I cant move! Entire support staff should be fired.

Tried for an hour to make an appointment. I was put on hold for 30 min. Then I hung up and called again. I was on hold for another 30 min. I hung up and will never call them again. Unprofessional. Only can imagine the quality of care.
