AVOID AT ALL COST If you enjoy being ignored, insulted and abused, this is the place. All the charm and bedside manner of a prison infirmary. I went for a wart on my eyelid and was told to strip to my underwear, which I didnt do. I then was told by this woman with tattoos from her fingers to her head that I had a cancer. How do you know without a biopsy, may I ask. Because this is what I do, she barked. So they make an appointment with the surgeon to remove it, who is in a completely different and unassociated medical office in Rochester NY, except they dont make the appointment, and I have to hound them for a month. Then they make a follow up appointment for 6 months after the surgery with THEIR office, and with no courtesy reminder call, I forget the appointment but am reminded by a prompt phone call insisting I can make another appointment but I owe them $25 for the missed appointment, a fact they confirm immediately via threatening bills. I paid the $25 and told them I would not be returning for a follow up. 6 months later my mailman is ringing my doorbell for me to sign for a certified letter from sender 13227. Also sent letter regular mail. Apparently they are concerned because I have missed my follow up appointment 6 months ago and want me to make another, depsite being told in writing not to contact me any more. Oh, the surgery...well, the first time I went no body told me I would need a driver to drive me home on the Thruway, because this was surgery on my eye. Still, the doctor was going to do the procedure anyhow, until we both decided it wasnt a good idea at the very last minute. So weeks later I return with a driver to drive for me, and as the surgeon is operatiing on me he says "I cant believe we were contemplating letting you drive home after this".

They cut ya and put ya back together so quick it will make you shake your head and wonder when there gonna start. More importantly, when ya heal people will be hard pressed to see your scar. Ive been stabbed by there office so many times Its aint funny. But they keep the cancer gone and still as handsome as I ever was. Id recommend Dr. Tangoren to anyone that wants the work done right the first time and not the second. Did I say they make ya feel welcome when ya go there? It feels like your visiting old friends when ya walk in the door there. Love the staff there !! Superb People they are

I have been to Dr. Tangorens office twice now and see his nurse practitioner/physicians assistant. I have always been treated very well by all of the staff.

If you dont have a insurance that they participate with, then you wont get accepted. They dont accept CASH $$$ B.S.
