Ive been Dr. Ira Halpers patient for about 15 years - and my entire family sees him as well. His office is wonderful - updated recently with TVs over the dental chairs and a new waiting area. Hes very modern as far as getting appointment verifications via email. And while those things are lovely and convenient, hes also really great at what he does. Hes gentle. Hes honest about the work that needs done - always providing options, if available, if you have financial restrictions. Hes talented as far as his dental skills and offering the latest in dentistry. I also must note that, on more occasions than I can count, hes gone above and beyond what one would expect from a dentist. Coming in on his day off for my dental emergency, always squeezing me in to his appointment book if I have an issue, calling/emailing to check up on me following a particular procedure. I trust him. My whole family trusts him. More simply put, hes excellent.

5 stars isnt enough when talking about Halper Dentistry! I have been using them for over 25 years and the care and attention has been nothing short of amazing. Their follow-up is unprecedented. Unlike the typical scenario where a service provider says they will review something (x-rays, charts, etc) and then you hear nothing, Dr. Ira ALWAYS follows through and responds personally. The first time he said that to me, 25 years ago, he responded with a 7 page handwritten reply of all that he found. Most recently it was a quick e-mail. As a group, they stay current with technology and are always advancing. Information is at your finger tips, appointments are electronically confirmed, etc. They strive, very successfully, to have happy patients. Clearly, I cant say enough good things about my experiences with Halper Dentristry and never hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

Dr. Ira Halper has been my dentist for many years because he is an excellent dentist, who pays attention to detail and has a staff that runs a very efficient office. Dr. Halper uses modern technology to his advantage both professionally and for the business of running his office. So, I can count on, starting my appointment on time, getting a soft touch from his hygienist or either of the Dr. Halpers during a cleaning or procedure, and be set to leave in the time frame that was given to me. And I know that if I have any worries or emergencies with my teeth, Dr. Halper is available to me. I have crowns done, emergent repair of a cracked tooth as well as a root canal -- with not a complaint or problem. I have had only good experiences with this practice in all the years that they have been caring for my teeth, and I would recommend them for their expertise, efficiency and graciousness!

Aside from all of the great upgrades like state of the art tv monitors, a sophisticated music system and tasteful decor, Halper Dentistry is an exceptional practice and a great place for a dental visit. If you have fear around treatment-related pain I highly recommend Halper Dentistry. My dentist for many years, Dr. Ira Halper is gentle and compassionate and has from the moment I met him helped me feel at ease and ensures that I have an understanding and comfortability of the work that needs to be done. If you are equally concerned about the quality or aesthetics of the end result you can be confident in the professionalism and high technical competence of Halper Dentistry. I tend to think that Dr. Ira Halper is a bit of a perfectionist and his attention to detail and mastery in his field has always given me great results and high satisfaction.

It may seem inconceivable for a dentist to receive so many 5 star ratings, but quite honestly, 5 stars are not enough. My entire family sees Dr. Halper as their primary dentist, and I, personally, have been his patient for over 25 years. His office is state-of-the-art and his gentle, kind persona immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Halper explains each procedure clearly and carefully, always mindful of how a patient is feeling. His pride in his work is evident in the fine care he gives my familys teeth. I have not personally been treated by Dr. Sara, but my children love her. She connects well with teens and young adults, making them comfortable and even willing to return for another visit if needed. You really couldnt ask for more.

I cant say enough good things about the Halpers dental practice. When I go there I feel like I am visiting old friends. The personal care that Dr. Ira Halper took when my son was little and was ready to bolt out of the examining room rather than have a necessary tooth extraction, was above and beyond the call of duty. The addition of Dr. Sara Halper just seems to make the atmosphere in the office even warmer. They also have the latest and greatest tools of the trade, which makes me feel confident that I am getting cutting edge treatment. No, they didnt pay me to write this, and this is actually the first review I have written for anyone. I just wanted to communicate how happy I am with their services.

Sink your teeth into this review everyone...Ira Halper is the one to see when you are looking for a talented, caring and patient dentist. My family has used this terrific practice for over 30 years, so weve experienced first hand his gentle touch...not only with children and adults, but with our 85 year old parents as well. The office is well appointed, the staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, and when Dr Halper says "open wide" you can rest assured that you will get answers to all of your questions in the most painless way possible. If you are looking to smile when you visit your dentist, this is the place to be...Dr Halper has the best sense of humor in any Westchester dental practice.

Dr. Halper has been my Dentist for the last 5 years. When I moved to the area I asked a co-worker where to go and they told me to go here. Both Dr. Halper and his daughter (also a dentist) have always been friendly and professional. In addition to regular cleaning, Ive also used them to get a recomendation for getting my wisdom teeth pulled and for getting a mouth guard. They have always explained everything and all the procedures have gone well. Personally, I like the automated reminders they send out to keep me on time. If you need a dentist in the area I would recommend them. One item of note, they ask you to process your own insurance claims to keep your costs down.

Ive been going to Dr Halper for over 15 years and he has always been able to solve my various dental problems, performing root canals and providing crowns and bridges as well as the regular services. The quality of his work is outstanding and his friendliness and good humor takes some of the anxiety out of a dental visit. He is totally professional, his office staff is caring and efficient, and his office equipment is always state of the art. If you have a serious problem, he will come in on a Sunday or before or after hours. I have recommended Dr Halper to my friends in the past and would recommend him to anyone who needs the best dental service. Annette F
