This place is amazing. Manny knows his stuff inside and out and quickly diagnosed a problem I was having based on an incorrect refraction from another professional and then magnanimously agreed to correct the lenses he had just made when my vision wasnt clear with the lenses made based on the doctors incorrect Rx. Val, the receptionist is so friendly and extremely competent as well. This is the place for your vision needs.

Customer Service over the phone is no where near acceptable. Called recently to set an appointment and was blantly asked "Wadda you want"? May be acceptable to some but not to me. Need to remember that without good customer service, you will run customers away just like me. Oh BTW, I was a return customer just looking for a yearly checkup...AMF!

Ive known Jane and Emmannuel for many years. They are exemplar professionals who take pride in serving Warwick. Many a time Emmannuel has replaced parts on faulty frames that I got from other eye doctors, without accepting payment. It is just the way he treats all the people all the time.

THE OWNER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. HE FAILED TO PROVIDE ME WITH MY PROPER PRESCRIPTION AND GAVE ME FALSE AND MISLEADING INFORMATION.
