DO NOT go to this place, deserves zero stars. I never saw any Dr for at least an hour past my appt time. They never seemed to have time to answer any of my questions and always rushed me. When they rush checked to see if my daughter was head down, they decided she was after 2 seconds of poking my belly. I switched Drs and found out she was breech the WHOLE pregnancy and the natural birth I had planned would have been extremely dangerous for both of us if we would have gone through with it due to how she was laying. My husband took me to the ER one night (after office hours) at 30 weeks due to having severe chest pain and feeling like I couldnt breathe. The Dr showed up 4 hours later and acted as though I were wasting his time. He informed me I should have just called the office number and he could have taken care of me over the phone and it was just heartburn and I was dumb for coming in. I couldnt breath, to me that didnt seem dumb. I later learned this was never put in my chart so the other Dr had no idea it had even happened. They are unprofessional, have way too many patients and care more about money than the patient. Again, DO NOT go here. I switched to a Dr in Syracuse and am beyond happy I did. It was more than worth the one hour drive for amazing care with good Drs in a good hospital.

When i picked Dr. Eugene we had just recently moved up here so i had no clue what OB to pick and alot of the other offices we not excepting new patients so i went here. My first impression was good, clean waiting room ( i didnt have long wait times any of the times i went in), semi nice receptionist and i loved my nurse Nicole. As for Dr. Eugene he was nice (he does have a thick accent and it can be very hard to understand him at times) and my first couple of visits went well, they were quick but at the time i felt comfortable with my care. As my pregnancy progressed my visits were literally 5 full minutes with the doctor if i was lucky. He seemed to busy and rushed through each appointment without answering my questions and reassuring me as a first time mom. I didnt feel like he validated or took my concerns seriously. As time went on this practice turned out to be very factory like. I didnt feel like a person to them i felt like just another patient and another room to see. Needless to say i switched OBs and i am very happy i did. Would not recommend them to a first time mom and anyone looking for a comforting environment.

As an army wife I needed a note stating that a C Section is infact a major surgery and has a longer healing time than a vaginal delivery. (To help get appropriate leave time for my husband to help me heal) The doctor told me he was not allowed to suggest any real timeframe for fear of the army questioning his recomendation. The whole point of the army leaving that decision with my OBGYN is because he can make recomendations on a case by case basis. After my last C Section I didnt get the time needed and will be switching doctors to someone who is willing to have a medical opinion on paper before having my second child. Positve note: the nurses/ support staff are amazing friendly and helpful. You guys deserve 5 stars

Loved going here, the staff are so friendly and Christa is wonderful and explains things to you very thoroughly. I regret having to transfer due to relocating because this office is the best, if I had to recommend an Ob it would be Comprehensive Womens Health Services.

I have Dr Doddard as an ob for my pregnancy and he is just awesome. I was pretty nervous about going there because the ladies were a little snippy on the phone but Dr Doddard makes you feel very comfortable.

Wow talk about wait. When he or she ever enters the room Im going to let them have it. Going on 1hour an 30 min in this blue room. Never go here. Take my word for it.
