Im angry that the lowest rating I can give this location is poor, cause that is the nicest word to describe them. In January of 2014 I scheduled an eye exam here, when I arrived they had told me they did not schedule in my exam and I had to wait until no other clients were in exams to have my appointment scheduled in. Here I am 4 months later, I call this location to ask for my prescription so I can order contacts and they tell me they have no records of me having an appointment or even being at this location, so now I must pay to have another examination done (and you better believe it was not at Davis again) I will never return to a Davis Vision because of this experience.

Three years ago I got a second pair of glasses at the Massappequa store not the great south bay for $25.00 more. Last year when I asked for the same deal they told me no but my plan approved it. I think the staff member was not well trained. I was late for another appointment so I just left paying more. Im not sure if I will return again. If I do I will get it in writing first. On a positive note, they have a large selection of frames.
