I tried to go to Stat Health three times within the last week. Their hours of operation are listed as 7am-11pm on their window. However those are not their actual hours. The office closes at 7pm and the doctors stop seeing patients at 6pm. After my first attempt I went the er to be taken care of. On my second attempt I called the number they have on their answering message. The gentleman there told me that they were open til 9pm and he would be more than happy to page the doctor on duty he told me. When the doctor finally called me back, he was rude and unhelpful. He kept telling me to come back tomorrow morning. I explained I work a full time job and can not do that. He replied with I dont know what you want me to do, there will be someone there tomorrow morning to help you, goodnight and then proceeded to hang up on me. My third attempt to see a doctor, I walked in at 6:55pm. They asked me if I could come back tomorrow and I said no, I explained that this is my third attempt to get help and thats when they informed me of their real hours of operation. I made them see me right then and as the doctor is almost finished filling out my file and ready to sign it that is when he asks if I am allergic to any medication. I am extremely disappointed with Stat Health. My service and care were horrible. If you have other options, use them

This is the worst doctors office to go to. The location is convenient but the terrible bedside manner I wouldnt wish on any client. You would expect better service from the manager, Ken, but he is the most unprofessional of them all. There was a dispute between insurance and their provider and when I called my insurance respresentative to clear it up Ken outright REFUSED to speak with them to explain and discuss the confusion. He raised his voice unnecessarily and even told the nurses assistant to "mark my file". What type of care professional refuses medical services to his client?? I am going to pursue this further because this type of behavior is unacceptable especially for a supposed professional.

Called at 2pm to see if I could get a physical done for surgery Im having and told them I would not be able to make it til 520 knowing that they close at 6 and they told me to come in they would be able to get that done for me. I get there at 522pm and look around no patients. The lady at the desk tells me its too late to get a physical done there are 3 or 4 more patients waiting to be seen. Had they told me they couldnt take me in today over the phone I would not have had to waste time be money to go there and get sent away. Dont bother making an appointment here because they dont care anyway

Dr. Henry Okere has been my doctor for approximately six (6) years and I could not ask for anyone better. He is very meticulous, takes his time and a great listener. I will not want anyone else as my primary care physician. With that being said the only problem with this office for me is the wait. I believe if you have an appointment you should be seen at said time. If there is an issue someone should reach out with the option to reschedule or wait. It is unfair to have a 2pm appointment and see the doctor an hour later. Everyones time is important.

What an awful experience! Walked in for the first time and the ladies at the front desk were very rude. I made an appointment earlier that week but the lady who was on the phone with me never put in the computer so therefore I was considered a walk in and had to wait close to an hour. The facility was very unclean and staff was very rude and unfriendly. I would not recommend anyone going there!

Place is bad..... you make an appointment for no reason. You come for your appointment and 45 mins to a 1hour later they call your name and then when your inside you wait another 30 to 45 mins for your doctor... plus walk ins should be taking care first before appointments. People dont have all day to wait 2 hours in a doctors office...

Doctor Gina is the best. She took care of me more than once! Even fed me her own lunch one day to keep me from passing out. I was so ill and she made me feel better. The only draw back is the wait.

Although the waiting time is long, everybody is very helpful. Dr. Gina and Dr. Ozuzu are careful, down to earth doctors and they have a great Nurse practitioner.
