**UPDATE TO PRIOR REVIEW** Just got off the phone with Danielle, Practice Manager, who so very graciously alleviated and addressed all my concerns. I am happy to say I will be going back to Tischler & Patch - my next cleaning appt. is in November! I highly recommend them now. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Felt very rushed. Made appt. for cleaning only to find out no time for cleaning by hygienist, asked to come back, then was switched to another hygienist b/c her client was late, then her client showed and rushed again. No dentist came after cleaning to check, which I never experienced before either. Although, one of the dentists did pass by while I was at the front desk and just glanced at me and kept on walking - never introduced himself, welcomed me, nada. I was checked by one dentist prior to my cleaning to decided whether I was a candidate for something called a pinhole procedure - he advised I was yet I was never told cost - when finally told cost after asking several times I was flabbergasted!!!! $15,000!!!! Then told about a payment plan and was very confusing how it was expressed to me by the front desk clerks. Seems you can pay a monthly fee to have some nominal discounts to services - most services of which do not apply to most clients - certainly not me. Nice offices, clearly they get their prices and spend the money to make the clients initial reaction, WOW! But further experiences were, for me, not enjoyable. Very, very rushed. Wont be back.

I had problems with my bite after various dental procedures with various dentists. Finally, they said the equivalent of its all in your mind" and didnt want to see me again. I felt I would have to spend the rest of my life with problems chewing. My jaw was stressed even "at rest". Then I heard about Dr. Fred Milton from a friend who had similar issues and they were resolved. I immediately begged for an appointment and was lucky enough that I was put in because of a cancellation. I had heard from my trainer at the gym that problems with your jaw can affect your back and neck. Dr. Miltion uses kinesiology to diagnose. He looks at your weak side, adjusts the jaw, and suddenly that side is strong. He can put a piece of paper over molars and one can see the strength or weakness in the muscles. He makes micro adjustments to the mouth. At the end, my jaw was liberated and my back and neck felt great. I am now able to eat whatever I want without worrying, I dont notice my jaw every minute because it is relaxed. A totally unexpected side effect was that it cured my insomnia. I have not slept well in decades. After Dr. Miltons adjustment I slept the entire night and woke up in shock as that had not happened in years. Every night since the adjustment, I have had a complete, uninterrupted nights sleep. Thank you Dr. Milton

I was told to get a root canal. I didnt have any experience with the procedure, so I was skeptical. A friend recommend getting a second opinion from Dr Patch. I didnt go right away, It was only after i bit down on something so hard that My nerve got infected and I couldt chew at all that i called Tischler dentistry.They got me in for a consultation the next day, which was luck! Dr Patch was so concerned when she looked at my ex ray, noting that i must be in a lot of pain. I was. She examined me ,and then explained what she thought was a the best solution. I had no problem agreeing, since it was explained so well to me. Such a shame that most Drs dont bother sitting down with you and giving those few extra minutes that help us understand our malady. Those who do are Highly prized. Dr Patch is such a Dr! A GEM ! Thank you, Cornelia

Extremely professional and they obviously care about the patient from the ladies handling the logistics to Dr. Tischler himself. I actually had moved abroad and had some issues with an implant (not placed by Dr. Tischler) while I was home for Chritmas. He saw me over Christmas break and helped my issue and remained in constant contact with me until I was able to get more help in the country that I currently live. I honestly felt like I was their only patient at times the way I was treated by them...they are responsive, empathetic, and above all helping me make sure I was getting the best care for my needs. Thank you Shannon and Dr. Tischler I enjoyed working with you both and you will definitely be my first contact for dental needs when I am state side again!

I have been a patient at Tischler Dental for over 15 years. Initially I went to him after another dentist threw up his hands at the state of my mouth and sent me home in despair. I went to see Michael Tischler the following week and he saved my teeth (and my mind). He is highly skilled, creative, very empathetic, and supremely reassuring. He is able to deal with just about everything that comes up and, if not, makes excellent referrals. I always leave his office feeling everything will be fine. The people who work with him are equally professional, kind, and wonderful. The costs are very comparable to or better than what many other dentists are charging. The offices and surroundings are beautiful and serene. A huge thank you to everyone at Tischler Dental!

I dont usually write reviews but I must this time because I was treated so well. I had an emergency - broke my front tooth. 1) Dr. Patch stayed at the office late to fit me in the same day I called. 2) I was surprised because the cost was significantly less than other dentists in the area despite the office looking so fancy. . 3) Everyone in the office was so nice and very professional. 4) Dr. Patch was very gentle - I felt NO pain at all. A big surprise! 5) I walked out with a temporary crown that looked perfect so I was able to go to work the next day. I am very pleased with the experience and thank Dr.Patch for helping me out.

I dont know where to begin... They are ,quite simply, the very best. Mine was a "special case" that both Michael &Claudia refused to give up on. Of course ,they succeeded where I believe most would have failed . They are caring and loving professionals. Every single person who works at Tischler &Patch is a gem. For the first time in my long dental history, I actually almost look forward to my appointments to see them! Lastly, its a delightful office with a beautiful, welcoming waiting area. Each exam room is scrupulously clean and comfortable. Dont think twice! It doesnt get any better than TISCHLER & PATCH ~

Ever since Tischler Sr. , Buzzy left for retirement. The office staff and quality of the family like-feeling has gone down the spit bowel. Michael has minimal staff and instructs them to sell products and services. For bonuses on a competitive basis. I.E.: whitening and teeth straightening and veneering. To say nothing of implants, the most lucrative aspect of Michaels plan. He has his blinding photo panoramas all over (for sale). As well as, and this is the best: A niche.grotto attributing his paid for ads and testimonials. I genuflected and looked for a candle to light. .
