I am in awe of Dr. Keyhani’s skill as a surgeon and his expertise as an opthalmologist. I’ve had to wear eye glasses since I was twelve years old. No more. After cataract surgery, my distance vision and reading vision are now excellent, and my drivers’s license no longer contains a “Corrective Lens” endorsement. Dr. Keyhani’s pre-surgical exams were extremely thorough, and he explained lens options very clearly. The surgery itself was quick and painless, and recovery seemed instantaneous. Dr. Keyhani’s “bedside manner” is extraordinary. He spent as much time with me as I needed, answered all my questions, and instilled a feeling of optimism. The entire experience was totally stress-free, and the result of the surgery is miraculous. In addition, his office staff is superb. I was seen promptly for all appointments. Staff was pleasant, friendly, professional, and competent. I strongly recommend Dr. Keyhani. He and his staff merit 5-star ratings.

I went to have my eye fixed , which I had Ptosis two days before Thanksgiving. I was saying to myself what am I thinking. The surgery went very well, fast and I was out in three and half hours. Hudson Valley Hospital was wonderful. Dr. Keyhani called my home the next day, I was up and out when he called. I went into work to do some paper work. I was fine!! No pain a little swollen, followed everything they said and felt great. His office is very clean, which is a big thing for me. His staff wonderful, they made me feel so comfortable getting ready for the surgery and after. He is wonderful, he is thoughtful and listens to all of your concerns. There is a wait to get to see him and also in his office, however he is so worth it. Your talking about your eyes and your looks. I would gave him ten stars if I could.

I was referred to Dr. Keyhani by my optometrist Dr Kaiser for a cataract consultation. I did not know what to expect but I found out very soon what I needed to do to correct my vision. Dr Keyhani and his staff were gracious and comforting explaining everything that was going on with my eyes and what could be done to correct the problem. I went ahead with the cataract surgery and everything has turned out find. The Drs attention to detail placed the best possible lens in each eye and the results have been remarkable so far. The eyes are still in the healing process but the constant follow up keeps me assured that everything will continue to go well. I am personally glad to have had a great Dr taking care of my vision. Definitely would recommend him if you are considering cataract surgery.

My experience with Dr. Keyhani and his staff was excellent. Everyone at the office was kind, helpful and encouraging. Both at his office and at Hudson Valley Hospital where both my cataract surgeries were done all of the staff were extremely conscientious about hygiene (quite different from another hospital of my experience.) Dr. Keyhani answered my questions completely without making me feel rushed, my surgery went well and the whole experience was as positive as a medical procedure can be. I have recommended him to others and will do so again.

My husband had an appointment today with Dr. Kahani. We were impressed with the quick admittance we had. The office staff was courteous and thorough. Tiffany, the doctors assistant, was very helpful. We also met with Dr. Kerry Keely, who was equally as pleasant & informative. We both appreciated Dr. Kahanis warm welcome, time and his knowledge towards addressing the proper route for my husband to take with his low vision issues. Dr. Keyhani is an amazing surgeon with a genuine care for his patients. My experience over the last couple of months have been wonderful from the moment I first walked into his office. His staff is efficient and polite. My two cataract surgeries were quick and easy without any complications. My eyesight was restored tenfold and now I dont need glasses! Dr. Keyhani was sweet and wonderful with a beautiful bedside manner at both surgeries. I am recommending him to all my friends.

The doctor spent less than 10 minutes with me after being there for almost 2-hours for a routine eye exam. His rude and condescending tone was shocking. Every question or concern I expressed was met with an abrupt answer. Clearly, he needs to return to med school to learn more about bedside manner. Personally, I will never return to this awful little mans office nor will I recommend him to anyone.
