Wonderful Service, I had a problem with my Insurance, the Ladies in the front office straightened it out for me, they were on hold with my Insurance for 1 hr and 20 minutes, any other Dr.s office would have rescheduled me and told me to go home and call my insurance. I could not believe how helpful they were. I am very happy with the service at Dr. Samir Patels office and the service I receive there not just in the front office, but also from Dr. Patel and his Nurse Practitioners.
