My Dad had his eyes done here about a year ago and the surgery went fine. After the initial follow up appointments after surgery, Loden scheduled an appt with him roughly a year out as a follow up. When we show up for the appointment in Gallatin they had changed locations without informing us. Then we had to search for them.. and then when we found the new location they refused to see him because they said we needed authorization from the VA to be seen? My Dad has Alzheimers and its no easy feat to get him dressed let alone to a doctors appointment. Everything else was "authorized" so why would we have to get approval on an appointment you made for us? The way you treated my father was despicable. Your receptionist was rude and the whole process was a huge inconvenience. You should be ashamed at the way you treat Veterans! In the future whenever I take part in a conversation that eye doctors are being discussed.. I will make sure I speak on my Loden experience.

Dr. Evans and the staff at Loden were wonderful. I was immediately impressed with how nice the facility was and the newer equipment they were using. I had almost no wait before I was taken into an exam room. Dr. Evans made me feel very comfortable, explained all of the optometry terminology that I didnt understand, and truly took her time making sure I understood the best way to take care of my eyes. I highly recommend the Gallatin location to anyone searching for a comfortable, quick eye exam. They will not disappoint!

Im legally blind and was turned away. I could not go through with the appointment because they couldnt enlarge the medical forms for me to sign. This is a violation of ADA federal law. And you would think an eye doctor of all places would not turn away somebody like myself. I went home and called the supervisor about this issue. She said that she would call me back. Its three days later and I havent heard from her.

One week out from having Lasik Eye Surgery, and I wish I had done this years ago. From the staff at the Goodlettsville office, to the doctors everything was more then what I couldve imagined. They care about the patients and go out of their way to make you feel special. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of having Lasik Eye Surgery.
