We had to switch eye doctors because of our insurance and this was a big disappointment. The staff were really nice and professional but I will never take my children back to Dr. Baird. I had already explained to him that my son has sensitive eyes and that he uses biweekly contacts and that he uses Avera contacts and initially we were told that they were being phased out so he put him in a daily contact instead of a biweekly. My son didnt like them so he put him in a monthly. I, myself, went to my regular eye doctor for my checkup and was told that they are still allowing you to order Averas until Jan 2018 and I let Dr. Baird know and was told that he would have one of his staff call the company to verify that. We waited over a week before calling them back to find out that no one ever called. Ruth, the receptionist, was extremely pleasant and helpful and said that she would look into it and get back to me. Dr. Baird called me to let me know that they couldnt get a hold of anyone at the company and that he couldnt write a prescription. That I would basically have to take my son back to his old eye doctor and pay for another exam just so we can get the right prescription. Very unprofessional! My other son was switching from glasses to contacts and because he couldnt get them in and out in the allotted time he had to come back a week and a half later to try again. And on that next fitting he almost had to be rescheduled because he wasnt getting them in and out in their time frame. Last time I checked I was paying their fees. I definitely wont be going back there again and will let all friends, family and associates know of our experiences.

I am extremely pleased with the great care I have been receiving for years with this company. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain problems thoroughly! When I had an emergency (turned out to be a small tear in the back of my eye) they got me in immediately and were able to allay my fears quickly! The staff is efficient! I recommend this place to all my friends and recently persuaded one of my daughters to have an exam there! Their quick diagnosis of glaucoma and immediate start of treatments I am sure have saved most of her vision! (she had been having yearly exams elsewhere before and they had missed this important diagnosis!) She is definitely a new fan of these fine eye doctors! I will continue to recommend this office to family and friends! I consider it a very lucky day when on a whim I stopped at their office - so long ago it was still at the mall!

i recently went in for an eye appointment to purchase new contacts. I was actually moving the next day to STL and the contacts were to be sent to my new address. Unfortunately, due to no fault by Precision, the contacts took a couple of weeks to receive. Precision was quick to respond to each of my calls and returned every call as they stated they would. Not only did they emphatically apologize for the issue (again, no fault of their own), but overnighted contacts to hold me over. I apologize for not recalling the names of those that helped me at Precision but they were very professional and did their best to fix the issue. Precision as a whole provided top notch service (to include my in-office visit) and I would recommend them to any/all.

The staff at Precision Eye Care is both friendly and helpful. I have been a patient of both Dr. Duvall and Dr. Coates, and I enjoyed them both. I am extremely near-sighted and Dr. Duvall took a special interest in learning about my vision history. They dont have a large selection of frames to choose from, but I always find something that works. They also offer a variety of options in terms of lens weight and thickness, scratch resistance and anti-glare. In terms of cost, I dont know that its much different from any other eye care facility - all depending on insurance, choices, etc. I highly recommend this office - professional, prompt, and friendly, all qualities that will keep me coming back to them.

Dr Duvall (…Robert Duvall–not that one), is a fantastic opthamologist. He takes care to show you whats going on with your vision, how it will change in time and doesnt speak above you. If you have questions about your care, you will have no qualms talking with him about it. Very friendly, helpful man. The staff there is very nice and personable as well. I think my only issues with the place are seating and selection of frames. I suggested they get a catalog and make it known what other styles could be available to their patients.

Have been seeing Dr. Duvall for several years now. I used to work for an Optometry practice in Franklin years ago and can say Precision Eyecare is very professional. Care for the patient is evident and they are always willing to take their time to answer your questions, explain their process and the health of your eyes. Communication from the doctor to the patient is very important and they take the time that is needed. The staff is also very friendly and easy to work with.

Great staff and doctors. The lab they use leaves something to be desired. My sunglass lenses came in defective and unusable. With a must have for work (Im a pilot), the corrected lenses did not show up when promised. This left me no choice but to go purchase another set from Lense Crafters at almost twice the price so I could work. I am still waiting on a refund from the defective pair. The labs failures are VERY costly to the customers.

Excellent all-round service. Friendly and professional staff. As a senior citizen with diabetes, I appreciate that Dr. Tade uses a holistic approach to my health care and does not simply give me a prescription for new eyewear. I also appreciate a health care professional who respects my time and is always prompt for my appointments. Thank you Dr. Tade and staff!

The staff and Precision Eye Care are very welcoming and helpful. I have been seeing Dr. Duvall for almost 10 years now. I have severe issues with one eye from a car accident when I was younger. Dr. Duvall is so wonderful when it comes to my issues. He is always kind, understanding, and gentle with my sensitivity issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Very friendly, professional, and very thorough eye exam. They found a problem, and quick referred me to another great retina specialist. The staff and the dr. are impressive! The dr. takes his time, and explains everything to you, and has a great bedside manner. I am so impressed by this eye and glasses office. Would not consider going to another!

We had a great first visit! Dr Duvall and all of his staff treated my nephew and I like family. Their treatment of him and his reaction almost brought tears to my eyes. He hasn’t stopped talking about his new eye doctor all week! Definately a much better experience than any other eye doctor he has ever been to.
