Horrible billing, not very competent.The office waits a year to INFORM of an amount still due that wasnt covered by In network insurance, after calling the insurance company and finding out that they sent out 6 CLAIMS for 1 other procedure that they say wasnt covered so we had paid in full up front in cash, they didnt have any disputes on coverage and the office is not returning calls or giving any actual proof as to what this is for. I have decided to find a more reliable and trustworthy dentist. Im sorry for those who like this place, but any dentist that sets up shop in a previously dilapidated house, always wants CASH and is ALWAYS on vacation in the Bahamas or Jamaica and always finds an extra cash fee is not very professional.

I have three children and they all see Dr. Mao. She remembers each of them and they all love her. Even when she was outside of our insurance coverage we kept going to her. It is so wonderful to have my children not fearful but not just knocked out either. She deals with them wonderfully. My oldest is about to turn 17 and has been going to this doctor since they opened. My six year old has never seen another dentist and the three year old loves her as well.

This is a great Dentist but her staff seem to be rude! I had atleast five visits with them before I had to find another dentist. They make you pay your money upfront (which I am ok with) but if you overpay because they over estimate it takes forever for them to pay you YOUR MONEY. I tried to give my best friend a warning and she still went for dentle work. They had her overpay and she still has not received her money back they keep dodging her!!!!!!!

Dr. Mao is a super friendly lady and her staff is great. All of them. They talk you through every step and explain things in detail. They have been very helpful in working with me and my tight schedule. I would highly recommend them. I love the comfortable and pleasant atmosphere and how geniunely caring Dr. Mao is.

Ive been in there twice and the staff seems friendly at first, but they have gone through two receptionists since Ive been there and they have been rude and unaccepting to both of them. I was there for a clean and the hygenist wasnt very friendly at all. I will not be going back there.
