I boarded my dogs for a week while I was out of town. I wanted to leave them at a facility where a vet was available in case they happen to get sick since one of them already had a cough. When I picked them up they were covered in old urine. Smelled horrible. I had to wash all their bedding, replace my pet carrier, clean a chair that one of them jumped on before I could pick him up to bath him, and clean the interior of the car they were carried home in. Once I put them in the tub and poured one cup of water on them, old, brown urine began filling the tub. It was horrible. I will NEVER take my dogs there again. Obviously, they were lying in urine for a week. It was all over them, their face, ears, back, everywhere. The most disturbing aspect of this entire scenario is the fact that they thought it was acceptable to return the pets in that condition. Im glad they did. Now I know to never go there again.

My Dog (pit bull ) had a large growing mase in his testulare area another vet Kellys animal hospital in Huffman quoted me almost 900.00 for his Sergery and that didnt include a check I wrote for 329.00 that day said it had to be done ASAp cancer she was pretty sure I raised ,860.00 on Go Fund Me in about 3 12 weeks could not believe I did it Toby is a very loving Dog house animal spoiled loves all my grandchildren thinks hes the dad of them all .Any way tTrussville main Street Animal Clinic was the place to go great wonder staff and doctors Didnt get all his Cancer but were watching for new growth and going try to keep him as long as possible hes almost 10 years old b day February 14 Valentines pup I love u Toby Ray Tittle ,Tribble ,Marlowe

I have used Main Street for 7 months and I have been very pleased. My puppy is overly excited to get inside and greet the staff as they come around with warm smiles and greet him. We recently got a new puppy and once they heard about it they were really excited and could not wait for us to bring her in so they could meet her. Not only is the front desk reception welcoming, Dr. Torch is a very loving and caring vet. We have lots of woods around our house and its eady for my puppies to get into something or bit so there have been times where I needed immediately assistance or questions answered and this animal clinic has never failed me. I picked a GREAT vet for my puppies

Im from out of town, and have a 14.5 year old dog that was not doing good so I had to find a vet to see him. I googled and choose Main Street from the reviews. Im glad I did Dr. Andy Torsch was so great with my dog and me. The news of his health isnt great, time will tell treatment program. However the biggest thing I liked was everyone treated me like I was a long time customers. They cared for my dog at the highest level. If this clinic was in my home town they would without a doubt be my vet clinic of choose.

Its expensive here, but Im assuming theyre expensive everywhere. I wish there was insurance for dogs or something because it really breaks the bank especially when they get sick I need surgery. However I do love this place, my father and I have been going here since the day they opened. I dont think Ill ever leave. I only wish It didnt smell like a kennel when you walk in, but I dont know, maybe thats just me! Love yall!

I have used Main Street Animal Clinic for over 12 years and I would not trust my pets to anyone else. Andy Torsch and his staff have gone above and beyond the call of duty in times when I needed them and you will not find anyone that cares more for pets. I highly,highly recommend them !!
