My happy healthy silky terrier went in for a routine dental cleaning and came back an injured limping whimpering mess. She has had plenty of dental cleanings and has always come out just fine. Dr. Wyatt refuses to provide any information as to what occurred during her cleaning to explain why she is limping so badly that she sometimes cries out loud while resting. He even said he was offended that I thought he did anything wrong. How does he explain that in one day under his care a healthy active dog became injured to the point that she rarely wants to go outside at all? He doesnt. His ego seems to count more than the health of his patients. It has been approximately 2 months since this cleaning took place and her condition has not improved. She has been taken to another vet, but they cant undo the damage that Dr. Wyatt Cleveland has already done. This used to be an excellent clinic, when Dr. Kay and her team were at the helm. Dr. Kay did a dental cleaning on this same dog and when we picked her up she was bright eyed and running around just hours after the procedure. Sadly, this was not what happened when Dr. Cleveland did the same procedure with the same pre- procedure testing. Dr. Wyatt Cleveland is simply a terrible veterinarian with no animal or people skills. Lastly, take note of reviewer S. Cleveland- sounds like that may be a relative giving a fake 5 star review. IDK about that, but I do know that there are plenty of better veterinarians in the area and I highly recommend that Dr. Cleveland be avoided.

We took our pets here for over 20 yrs, and have been extremely pleased with the sensitivity and manners of Dr. Kay, and Dr. Ben, but cannot say the same about the staff and business aspects. Things have sadly gone downhill. Every time we go in, there is a new face behind the counter, and often times seem like they are doing us a favor when we walk in or call, and can be very short. This is not a good sign. Weve also made appointments for our pet to be examined by them, and been misled to find that a sub vet is there, and they were aware of that when the appointment was made without divulging this to us. It is a trend that weve seen for several years now and it is very disappointing. Sometimes they dont even pick up the phone when called during business hours. In conclusion, the Dr.s are fine, but the business, professionalism, and customer service scenarios are extremely lacking. You may consider finding a less seasoned practice where the emphasis is on earning your business and keeping it.

Took my senior dog to Lebanon Road Animal Hospital for the first time today. The staff were friendly, efficient, and so wonderful with her. Dr. Cleveland took plenty of time to do a thorough exam and answer my thousand questions.The fees were more than reasonable and they were understanding about my financial limitations when it came to what needed to be done now and what we could do down the road. Ill be taking my entire pet family to them from now on. Highly recommend!

Great local vets office. The doctor and assistants were all kind, knowledgeable and professional. They offer reasonable rates for all kinds of services. The internet presence is terrific with email reminders and Facebook updates. They support local strays and abandoned animals offering them medical care until they can find a forever home. Super people all around. TIP: Look for the paw prints going up the driveway! Theyll lead you to it. :o)

I took our kitten to be spayed and vaccinations by Dr. Wyatt. I have only great things to say about the staff. This was our first time and from the first communication to receiving a sweet video after her surgery made me feel so at ease. Pricing was in line with others Ive dealt with. I could tell when I left her she was in great hands. We look forward to working with Dr. Wyatt for years to come.

Great vet & staff! My furkid is always happy to visit LRAH. As a dogmom, I love their online site which allows me to re-order the puppers medications. Theyre delivered at no charge to the house. They also send electronic reminders of upcoming due dates for vaccinations. This is perfect for my busy schedule.
