I had the most precious and wonderful reason to live in my life for 13 12 yrs a sweet and smart very loving male white toy poodle named Morgan he brought so much happiness to my life when a lot of times there were no other signs of happiness in sight he brought me through a lot of depression and was a great friend when I felt there was nobody else who cared he did and Dr.Weber was his Dr. 2 and a half yrs ago my sweet boy went blind we adjusted and got through it then a yr ago he started having seizures and had it not been for Dr.Weber I wouldnt have had another cherished 9 months with my baby boy back in Feb. Morgan had gotten worse one night but the huge heart of Dr.Weber he wanted to try to save Morgan one more time he went above and beyond what other vets would but Morgan was tired and didnt have anymore fight left in him and he peacefully passed away but not alone Dr.Weber was by his side Dr.Weber was so great to us and I know if not for him my Morgy wouldnt have had such a happy and long life my prayers are going out to him and his family and staff and his patients who love him so much because it will be a huge loss to the animals if he is not allowed to continue his practice hes done so many wonderful things for the pets and people of the community. Were all pulling for you Doc.

Best. Veterinary Doctor. Ever. Heres one guy that is doing it for the animals and not so he can gouge you. Dr. Weber genuinely cares for your animals and will give you a piece of mind if you are doing things that are not in the best interest of the animal. He is extremely jovial and likes to joke around as well. The guy does a crap ton of charity work for animals and some of the local vets that are not so benevolent have been unsuccessfully trying to shut him down. He never charges you anything for visits, only for medications and procedures. The staff is extremely warm and friendly and the local animals are too. Killer Jr. is a really cute perma-kitten there that is probably one of the friendliest cats Ive seen. He will not charge you for frivolous procedures like some other vets (I am looking at you Cat Haven, charging me $25 for a comb that costs $5 on amazon that was aggressively sold to me, not to mention the "vitamin" shots because my kitten was sneezing). Consequently, theres always a 2-3 hour wait here but Dr. Weber makes sure he sees every last patient. There are times when Ive come in at 3:00 p.m and left at 5:30 and Dr. Weber still had patients that he was going to see. The world needs more Dr. Webers and I wish him a long, and healthy life!

Anyone who has ever taken a pet to Dr Weber and staff and has anything negative to say has to be making it up! This is the most dedicated group of animal people I have ever come across, and like many reviewers have stated, they do what they do because they care about animals. Its certainly not for the money....... their prices are too reasonable! Its true what one person said - Dr Weber has often known what was wrong with my pets before doing the first test - blood work and xrays, if done, have always shown him to be correct. Another poster made an ignorant remark about a dog living in the office that the staff should have found a home for by now.....it was probably Dr Webers own dog, who comes to work with Dr and Mrs Weber! There are several cats and dogs there..........that IS their home!! And they are happy and cared for and get so much attention they dont even notice it anymore! These are good people - everyone in there is special, and I guess Ill probably have to stop having pets when that man finally retires -- it would be very hard to go elsewhere after our years with the Webers.

We came because we had a stray animal come up to our house and we wanted to make sure she wasnt microchipped and/or reported as lost in the area. The good part was how inexpensive it was. However, the wait blindsided me. We waited for four hours to be seen for less than five minutes. At points we had to step outside because the waiting room was so crowded we were getting claustrophobic from sitting so close to people. The bad part, and this may have been miscommunication between the office staff and the veterinarian, was that as soon as we got back to the exam area, he immediately administered medicine without making sure I had planned on paying for that. No "why are you here?" or anything like that. Before we had even gotten in the door good he was already giving shots. Im glad I brought my checkbook. Tl;dr: Make sure they know why youre there, and bring something to entertain you and your animal(s), because youll be there a while. Headphones are a great idea.

Eastwood Animal Clinic is the best! I have a dog who when he was about two got into something and spent 13 days at a emergency animal clinic the vet there said he would put him down. I couldnt bring my self to do it. After spending several thousand of dollars at the emergency animal clinic I took my dog home the next day we went to see Dr. Weber, he worked with my dog and the fee was so small I wanted to cry. During this time a person told my that Dr. Weber was a "Heaven Sent to animals" they were so right. My dog is alive now because of Dr. Weber. My dog is now ten years old and has quit eating Dr. Weber is working with him. My son lives in Nebraska and knows about his dog brother being sick and knows we are going to Dr. Weber my son said:" He is in the best hands in Alabama". I agree there is no one better!

Dr. Weber and his staff are great! It may seem odd for people at first that they do not take appointments, but it works great. You sign in and when it is your turn, they spend all the time you and your animal need to resolve the issue. I have never had to wait too long, unless there was an emergency going on. If you feel you cannot wait, you always have the option of taking your name off the list and coming back another day, without the hassle of an appointment time. It really works well for everyone, if you think about it. As far as THE CARE RECEIVED... EXCELLENT!!!!!! Dr. Weber and the staff are in it for the love of the animal. If you are looking for warm fuzzy feelings, go elsewhere, but if you want great professional care, you have found your vet! Thanks for reading this. Robin B.

Dr. Webber is the best Vet I have ever had. My mom still goes there with her 7 lb mix chihuahua/terrier and we went there with our 3 mixes. Dr. Webber helped me when my son found a stray kitten and he helped me when a stray - Remi came to our front door - we had to get him vaccines/heartworm/flea meds. We ended up adopting him because we couldnt find a home for him. We added him to our "herd." If we lived in Birmingham we would still be a regular of Dr. Webbers. Everything he has done for the community is outstanding: affordable spay/neuter, testing all the wild animals for rabies. He is one of the best humans I know! He gives a new definition to HUMAN.
