Dr Ollis and her staff are just wonderful. We moved here from IL, we have a Lab and hunt with her. We wanted to get her the Lyme Disease vaccine and could not find a vet in this area that gives this shot. None of the big box pet stores with clinics had it either, all saying we dont get Lyme disease down here in TN. We searched near our new home in Villages of Riverwood and found Lakeside, just down the street, newly opened and read on their website that they offer the Lyme Disease vaccine. Went there last May 2016 for Baileys 1st visit. Vet tech did a thorough review of her medical history, diet, etc then Dr Ollis came in, examined her and gave all her shots, did blood test, answered all our questions. A month or so ago I discovered a wart type of thing on Baileys lip. They got her in on a Saturday morning, did surgery to remove it that week. Dr Ollis and everyone there are kind, sweet, they take their time with exams, explain everything and reassure you that your beloved pet is in great hands! Feel extremely lucky to have found them. For the record, Dr Ollis noted shes already had 3 dogs test positive for Lyme Disease. Someone failed to tell the deer ticks you dont have Lyme Disease in TN! So glad we found a vet who was smarter than those deer and their ticks!!! Trust you pet to her! Youll be glad you did!

Dr. Ollis and her staff are the most compassionate and caring people toward our "fur" baby. They treat, not only your pet, but you as well, as if you are their only client. Dr. Ollis spends a great amount of time with you during your pets exam. She answers all your questions and educates you on the best preventatives for your pet. Never have we felt rushed when taking our pet in for an exam. Our "Kindle" just loves Dr. Ollis and all the technicians. Its his favorite place to go.

Dr. Ollis was very accommodating for my pet. She does not like vets normally and usually ends up being muzzled the entire time. The nurse staff and Dr. Ollis listened to my recommendation to make it a pleasant experience for her (no white lab coats, dont knock on the door ect.) Long story short, this was the most pleasant experience my pet Haven has had in a long time. I will definitely be returning and using her for my pets dental cleaning.

Dr. Ollis and her team are hands down THE best!! She was the first vet I went to with my baby when I moved to TN. Shes has seen us through ALOT!! I recommend Dr. Ollis to anyone I can!! If she is not your current vet, make the switch as fast as you can. Unlike some vets, you and your baby are not just another appt to Dr.Ollis and her staff. I have complete trust in these folks when it comes to my furbabies.

We love bringing Titus to Lakeside Animal Hospital. Everyone there is so friendly, and they always make us feel right at home. They treat Titus as if he is one of their pets. We are so thankful to have them just a short distance from our home!

Have been here twice now with my blue and gold macaw. Lovely office and worth the drive from Green hills. Dr. Ollis was very good with him and we managed to file his beak without sedation or too much stress. Would recommend her to anyone!
