I have had several dogs and have had every kind of problem you can imagine and have always received the greatest kind of help here. I had one dog who fell out of the truck and shattered his hip. I called them, very upset, and although I called them right at closing time, they waited on us to get there. They helped us tremendously and very compassionately cared for our dog. I dont know what I would have done without them. Our other dogs have had illnesses including mysterious stomach ailments, etc. and they have been helped with the very best of care. I would never consider taking my pets anywhere else!

My husband and I have a year old English Bulldog that Dr. Nelson cares for. The staff is so great with Bella that she loves to go to the vet. We also have used Crossroads to board Bella when we are out of town and they are just awesome with her. The staff gets so excited when we bring Bella in and that makes her so comfortable and excited to go to the vet. The hardest thing with Bella is making her quit wiggling from wagging her tail so they can give her shots. We are so glad we found Crossroads and recommend them to everyone we know.

I took my dogs Ottis and Governor to see them because I knew their groomer from my job.... They handle the regular care for them. But Ottis and Governor got tangled up in their tie out cables and Ottis was hurt. I had taken him to the emergency vet and they wanted to do all kinds of testing and put him under. The dr at croasroads examined him and did heat therepy on his leg. Gave us some meds for home. He was walking and putting pressure on his leg by the next evening.. Their flea treatmentvis amazing as well.

Serendipity Awaits

I went in on Tuesday looking to adopt a kitten or young cat. They had 5 up front in very large and very cat friendly bird cages. They put me in a exam room and asked me which one I would like to see 1st. I spent as much time as I wanted with two of them a 14 week old and a 5 month old. I ultimately adopted the younger one. The nominal adoption fee covered all the vaccines he needed up to that time, his rabies shot, 1st months flea treatment and most importantly neutering!!!

I took my dog in for a big sore on her paw. She was prescribed big doses of prednisone and given something to rub on her paw to keep her from biting it. She became a big diabetic within weeks. Was blind within 30 days and i had to put her down within 4 months. I think I was suckered into a a very large bill and will NEVER take an animal to these people again..

Dr. Nelson was wonderful!!! I took my cat, Cali, to another vet for a problem with her paws...prior to seeing Dr. Nelson. However, after treating her for several weeks she was not getting better, she was worse! But after seeing Dr. Nelson she is finally getting better!!!! Yeah, we just Love Dr. Nelson, she is wonderful with Cali. God Bless Her and her staff!!!

On Friday very close to closing time I called with grave concerns the my 14 yr old Aussie had a stroke, they really calmed me down after explaining what she was doing. Set me up an appointment on Saturday morning to find out she had an ear infection
