Valleydale Animal Clinic is outstanding! My new puppy Sundae became ill suddenly and I needed to see a Vet immediately. I just moved here from California and was recommended to this clinic and Im so glad I went. I called and within an hour, my dog had an appointment to see the Dr. Falone and they did a great job diagnosing and treating her illness quickly. Dr. Jeff Falone was very genuine and down to earth and Alex (Vet Assistant) was knowledgeable, kind and gentle with my baby which made me feel at ease. Another good thing I must express is that I was on a budget at the time of my visit (this was an unexpected expense,) however they were able to work within my budget and meet the immediate needs of my pet so that she could get the best care possible . I would recommend Valleydale because they really care about the pets, the staff has a great attitude, its feels like a family environment and its not a "run of the mill/take a number" type of clinic. If you are particular about your pets health care and only want the best...this is the place to go.

Our dog recently became seriously ill. I immediately called the vet we had been using and discovered that they had closed and never even notified us. The office they referred us to was too far to drive with a sick pet. I called Valleydale Animal Clinic because it was close to home and even though we had never been there, they told me to bring him in immediately. I am so thankful that I found them because Dr Jeff and his staff are awesome. They were very kind and you can tell that they are there because they genuinely love animals. Even though our dog (he was 12 years old) could not be saved, the kindness and compassion that was shown to us was more than I could have ever hoped for.

Such a great clinic with amazing customer service and a very knowledgeable staff! We have multiple cats and dogs and take all of our pets there. Our oldest dog recently started showing symptoms of lameness, among other worrisome things, and the doctors were quickly able to diagnose him with a slightly uncommon disease and started treatment right away. With it being so uncommon, we were severely concerned and not sure what to think, but with Dr. Jeffs education and comfort, we know our dog is getting the best care possible...and he always seems available to take a call whenever we have a new question about our pups disease. We LOVE Valleydale!!

Dr Jeff is amazing with my animals and always listens to my tales of their issues. I credit him with providing quality of life to my 11 yr old dog with arthritis and he recognized and treated thyroid issues in my 9 yr old dog. The online pharmacy is AWESOME, especially since I live in St. Louis, MO and travel all the way to Birmingham just to take my dogs to Valleydale!! The staff at Valleydale is always there with a smile and friendly caring attitude. They make every patient feel special!!

I love Valleydale Animal Clinic! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and patient. They have been wonderful with my kitty (who isnt always the most cooperative patient!) and really treat your pet like one of their own. Its obvious that everyone there truly loves animals and has a passion for what they do - especially the vet techs (Staci is AMAZING!). Appointments are easy to schedule, facilities are clean, the location is convenient... I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I have 3 dogs and 2 cats and they are like my children. I worked at another clinic for two years and wouldnt leave my babies there. But after just the first visit alone, I trust Dr. Winkie and VAC staff with all their needs! Theyre all very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and treat my pets like their own. I really appreciate the time taken to answer any and all questions I have regarding treatments, products, etc., and Dr. Winkies follow-up calls after our visits!!

The people here took amazing care of my 15 year old dog and walked her through the last phases of her life with dignity and as little pain as possible. When it was time for her to leave this world they came to my house and ensured that she was safe and comfortable while giving me the grieving time I needed. They mourned the loss with me. In the months since I have adopted a new baby girl and this is the only place I would ever take her.

This office is incredible. I take my moms dogs to Dr. Alex and my cat sees Dr. Jeff. The doctors and staff are all knowledgeable, helpful, and explain everything perfectly so that you actually know what is going on with your pet. Our furry family members are a top priority and we will never take them to another vet office; we have everything we need and more in Valleydale Animal Clinic.

My cat and dog love visiting Valleydale Animal Clinic! The staff is friendly and the facility is very nice. Dr. Jeff just diagnosed my cat as hyperthyroid and the doctors have really helped me figure out how to appropriately manage her meds and special food, especially since my cat is quite picky about everything! I highly recommend this clinic to others!

LOVED this place. I came from out of state to bring my two dogs here and had a great experience. Dr. Jeff was nice and attentive to my dogs even though they can be challenging when getting shots and the tech was super helpful. We were in and out of there super fast. If I didnt live so far I would definitely make this clinic permanent for all my animals.

Valleydale Animal Clinic is a great place. I cannot say enough good things about them. The staff are kind and courteous. They are always helpful and great with our dog. The vets are knowledgeable and professional. They are also an AAHA certified clinic so you know they are meeting a high standard excellence. Would recommend this place to anyone.

We love everyone at Valleydale Animal Clinic. Great atmosphere feels like home they truly love and care for all the animals. We board our sweet Lily Belle there and also went through puppy training classes there. Meg did a great job with the class was a lot of fun. Lily also loves her Spa day there!
