They are super nice and treat my kitty like he is their own. They made sure to keep following up with me since my kitty had some stuff built up in his ears that was bothering him enough where he opened a wound above his left eye. Instead of just giving me eardrops and nothing else, the vet, Dr. Jordan, explained exactly what was wrong and wht it was an issue. They made sure to have me bring him in each week to check on his ears. And everytime, the vet tech has been able to get stuff out and report back on his condition. I believe everyone there really cares for the well being of each animal they see. Another nice thing is that appointments are usually staggered, and I dont have to wait long or with a bunch of other animals that might scare kitty even more. Overall, highly recommend this vet clinic!
