I bring both my dogs to Best Friends twice a year, and have been a client for at least 6 years. The facility is the cleanest and nicest I have ever been to. They have worked out an excellent system for checking on the diet, exercise, and health of your loved one. The staff is extremely friendly, and I trust them. Very nice they have a vet on site as well. I have looked at other competitors closer to my home, but no way. I drive an hour to visit Best Friends, and I would gladly drive farther to give them the business. Thank you for your help, I will continue to be a client forever.

Great people, Great Care. Our two dogs have stayed at Best Friends twice. Both times were about 2 weeks. They received wonderful care and when we picked them up they were healthy, happy and beautifully groomed from the groomers there. We also had training for our dogs and it was fantastic. We learned so much and our dogs behavior improved to the level we were happy with. The employees are outstanding and really care. The Veterinarian was very good and gave an comprehensive exam. She was detailed and informative. Thank you so much for all you have done for our two puppy girls!

Our "senior" dog has been going to this site his whole life! The very best of love and care possible! He is greeted when we walk in, and from that moment on - nothing but loving kindness from everyone that is there. The staff is attentive and so helpful. Our groomer - the very, very best! She treats my dog as her own - pampering to his need for love, and so careful of every aging issue he has! Our dog also boards at Best Friends - and with many visits, and many long stays - a healthy, happy dog is always returned to us!!!

I have been boarding Moo (Snuggles), our 19 year old cat with Best Friends whenever I travel for the last two years. I also have her medical needs taken care of in Best Friends Vetrinary Care with Dr. Lewis. I worry about her because of her age, but Best Friends and Dr. Lewis are the best by far! I love the message updates that that send during my travel, it is very reassuring. After a recent move it puts us a little more than 20 miles away, but they are so worth the trip!!

BEST PET CARE & GROOMERS. ALL OF OUR LABRADORS WENT THERE MONTHLY FOR THEIR SHAMPOO. STAFF IS EXCELLENT AND THEY GET TO KNOW YOUR DOG(S). THE STAFF IS CARING AND KIND. OUR LAST LABRADOR HAS PASSED AWAY BUT IF WE GET ANOTHER ONE - BEST FRIENDS WILL BE WHERE WE GO. WHEN EACH OF OUR DOGS GOT OLDER AND PASSED AWAY, WE RECEIVED HAND WRITTEN CARDS OF CONDOLANCE FROM THE STAFF. IT MEANT A LOT TO US. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND BEST FRIENDS TO ANYONE WE CAN.

The worst dog boarding place .I tried the place first time and had my dog stay there for 4 days. He came back with a bruise around hi slips, was limping for days and couldnt even bark normally. I have no clue what happened there. I called them but it seemed they were not interested listening to anything negative. I would rather leave my dog at a strangers place than Best friends pet care. They are not even worth 1 star

Terrible customer service. They did not call after my dog had surgery to follow up as they said they would. Took over 3 days to get back a test result, claimed they were "swamped". No vet was available to speak with. We are on the monthly plan and still feel like they nickel and dime us for everything. Cant wait until our 1 year is contract is over and we can cancel the service. Would not recommend.

I had to board my 10yr cat for four days this July. The staff is very attentive and punctual and i could tell my cat was less stressed out when she received special play time. I am pleased with the staff, service, and overall everything was smooth. My only wish is that maybe kitty city could have more natural light as it seemed a bit tucked away within the building.

We boarded our older dog for a long weekend at Best Friends recently. Even though he couldnt tell us about his experience, we could tell he seemed happy and fine when he came home. We were able to watch him on the webcam on several occasions during the weekend which was wonderful for us. He was interacting well with the other dogs and it gave us peace of mind.

We have used these folks now about 3 or 4 times for vacations. We have complete confidence in their care and their thorough professionalism. You can tell the staff likes being around animals and they appear to be personally vested in the animals comfort, and the animal owners concerns. I highly recommend this service.

We always board our two "exuberant" dogs at Best Friends and have for many years. The staff is always friendly and kind to our dogs. The facility is clean and not "doggy" smelling. Our girls always run right into the building so that shows to me that they are happy to be there.

Wonderful. Everyone I encountered was concerned for my Zoe. They always answered my questions in an intelligent and compassionate way. My dog had to be in observation and they always checked on her and got right back to me. A VERY positive experience at a difficult time.

Our dog was a rescue dog, and she came with more issues than a magazine stand. Then we left our difficult dog in Board and Train at Best Friends while we went on vacation in Hawaii. When we came home, it was like we had a brand-new dog. The improvement was miraculous!

I had them board my dog (daughter) while I went out of state for house hunting. They made sure that she had her shots and have a vet with full services available they even gave her a bath before I picked her up. I have no problem with leaving her there again.

They did an awesome job with our dog. I loved the personal touch of sending us an email update with a picture of her. I also really liked that if I got her groomed the last day, I only paid for the grooming that day. We will definitely bring her back there!

Best Friends in Prairie View has exceeded all of our expectations. Our Yellow Lab loves to stay for the day and play. We boarded him in June of 2014 for 6 days and he was exhausted when we picked him up. We highly recommend
