Worst hospital EVER! My husband couldve been dying. He had to wait for 4 hours. The staff was horribly rude! I had went to sleep and a nurse came over and rubbed so hard on my sternum that it left peeled skin like a carpet burn/sunburn. I have had 3 open heart surgeries and it sent me into a panic attack also had to have a surgery from that... My husband didnt even get treated. The said he was fine with no xray, no blood work, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I wouldnt being my fully healthy dog to this dump..

I broke my leg went to ER, I was in and out in an hour. All the staff members were SUPER friendly and extra accommodating. Northport Medical Center 06/11/2017 at 3:50am was the very best emergency experience an individual could ever have. When I say all staff members, I mean everybody from the intake guard to the desk staff, the doctor, the X-ray and medical techs all of them were wonderful, thanks so very much. 5+ stars!

Tried to see Dr. Clem for our 18 month old son who needs a checkup and some new round of vacs. Waited 1 hour as 18 sick adults walked around the lobby (keep in mind our son is not sick but there for a checkup) and then we left. Everyone was very nice but they are either understaffed or just bad at time management. Also not having a well room is medically irresponsible especially if you are seeing children.

I just had right knee replacement. I was assigned to a class the day before surgery called the Joint care unit. I truly enjoyed this class drove from moundville to Tuscaloosa to be apart of this very helpful class. The people over the class were nice & caring. Godbless this new class may it grow with love. I recommend it to anyone having hip or knee replacement.

Incredibly friendly and supportive staff. Every employee I came into contact with worked quickly and answered any questions I had. I would like to say thank you to all the ER staff, and a special thanks to the NP Christy who went above and beyond to insure my comfort and understanding.
